Amber POV
"Daughter?" I asked trying to act surprised even though I already knew. He smacked his teeth.
"Don't act like that, I know you seen that DNA test results in my book bag" I chuckled.
" yeah you caught me." He smirked and I rolled my eyes.
"Anywaysssss" I bent down next to the little girl. She smiled shyly at me .
"What's your name cutie ?" . She blushed and looked down.
"Lai'Lah" she smiled looking up at me. I smiled back.
"I'm Amber, but you can call me beebee" since that's what all my little cousins in our family call me. She nodded her head.
"Lai'Lah go watch tv and let me take to beebee alone" kjaay said. She nodded and ran upstairs.
Kjaay POV
I sat down I the couch and told Amber everything between me and angel ,having Lai"lah and what angel did this morning. She understood everything and offered to help. We decided to go to the mall get Lai'lah new clothes and shoes and later we would go furniture and toy shopping for Lai'lah new room.
Later that day.
Amber POV
Today has been really fun hanging with Lai'Lah and kjaay. And right now we're putting the finishing touches on her room. (In mm). Kjaay went all out for her. She even has a separate room just for toys. and trust me. Lai'Lah will never get bored playing in in that room.
"Thanks for all the help ma" kjaay said wrapping his arms around me. I smiled.
"No problem. But can I stay the night? It's late and I'm tired." He nodded and I made my way into his room . Took my shoes off, got comfortable and I was out.
Yall probably hate me. I haven't updated in forever. Sorry !!! School was stressful. But now it's over and summer break has started !
