Raiden makes a sharp turn in his car as he was in a high pursuit chase from the police, after quitting from his job and going after Sundowner and the brains of the children on his own,since Boris wouldn't help.
After he makes the turn he realizes the police put a barricade and then one policeman pulls out a rocket launcher. Him and Blade Wolf in the back both put on their visors like helmets to protect them from the blast. The cop shoots the rocket and sends the car flying over the wall and slamming into the ground.
Cop cars surround Raiden's now destroyed one and they come out all wielding pistols. Raiden kicks his door causing it to fly off, while Blade Wolf goes out the back window and jumps onto the remains.
"I will patrol ahead" Blade Wolf says monotonously. He then leaps to a building top and jumps to a wall and leaves Raiden all by himself against the wave of police.
