My little sister, Cameron had a play date with Skylynn Floyd. I know, I know. The famous Nash Grier is her brother. I'm so lucky, right? Wrong. He never gives me the time of day. But Elizabeth told me that Nash was going to be out. RELIEF. It takes so much pressure off me.

"Cami, its time to go!" I yell down the hall.

"Yay." She yelled back.

Cami and I walked to Skylynn's

house. I wasn't that far, so she didn't complain.

"Elizabeth, we are here!" I called out to her.

"Hi Maddie. Could you stay here with the little ones, I have to run to the store."

"It's no problem."

"I owe you one." She said walking out the door. "What do you want to......." Cami ran up stairs before I could finish. "Thanks Cami." I whispered.

"Who are you talking to." I jumped at the voice.

"Hayes, stop doing that. I wasn't talking to anyone." I felt a blush creep onto my cheeks.

"So, brother lover how have you been."

"Hayes, don't say that so loud." Since Hayes is my best friend, I told him about my crush. That was the worst thing I could have done.

"I don't want to be the bearer of bad news but Nash likes some girl. I don't know who but I heard him talking to Aaron and Cameron about it. I felt my heart drop between my knees.I looked down. "Madz, please don't. That's why I did want to tell you."

"I'll be okay, I just need some time." I said giving him a fake smile. He gave me a hug, we just stayed like that until we heard someone clear their throat. We broke apart quickly. It was Nash.

"Hi." I said quietly.

"Hey." He said not looking at me once. I walked over and grabbed some Doritos. Hayes looked at me and I looked at him. He gave me a 'I'll talk to him look' I went to the living room to watch some tv.

Hayes' POV

"What is wrong with you." I asked him.

"Your my problem. You were rubbing it all in my face that you are able to be friends with her. You get to hug her and share laughs with her and I'm a loner I have no friends."

"You have so many friends."

"I know bro. But they aren't HER." That took me by surprise.

"She's the girl." I whispered.

"Who's 'the girl'"

"Madz, she's the girl you like."

"How do you know. Did Aaron or Cameron tell you. If they did, so help me, I will kill them." I started to laugh.

"YOU TOLD ME! You gave it all away."

"Oh god, now you know. She doesn't even like me. I don't even know why I even tried. She just everything. I love her and she doesn't even love me back."

"Well I'm going to tell her if you don't." I began to walk away. "Oh, Maddieeee." I said sing-song like.

"Yes Hayes." She got up and came into the kitchen.

"I'm going to leave you lovebirds two alone." I said running away. I'm good!

Nash's POV

We both sat down. It was awkward for a few moments, then she spoke.

"Why do you hate me?" She asked.

"I don't hate you. I don't like you." I paused. She looked so sad. I saw a tear roll down her face. "I love you Madz. That's why I'm mad when your around. I know you don't like me and I don't know how to stop these feelings I just try to not talk to because everything you do drives me crazy. I've always known I love you and that you were the one I was meant to be with." She began crying even more. At this point, I can't even tell if these are happy tears or sad tears. I go over to hug her. She squeezes me extra tight.

"I love you too! But why did you never tell me?"

"I always thought you and Hayes had a thing."

" I could never do that. I loved you ever since the day we met." We both leaned in but before we kissed, Sky and Cami ran in.

"Eww." Cami yelled.

"They're kissing, they're kissing. They are really kissing."

Maddie's POV

"Shut up, you little......" Before I could finish they ran off. Why do they keep doing this to me? I ran after them and I hear Nash running behind me. "Stop." I whispered very carefully. I peeked around the corner and their they were. I grabbed Sky and he grabbed Cami. We both tickled them until they surrendered. "I think you had enough." We let them go and they ran to Sky's room. He took my hand and we walked back down stairs. When we got to the kitchen we got some snacks and went to his room to Netflix and chill. We started American Horror Story Coven. (Zoe and Kyle) He was making something but it was dark so I couldn't see. All of a sudden, he got up and turned on the light. Slowly he made his way to me. Got on one knee. To make this official. Madz, will you be the dor to my itos. The pret to my zels. The Maddie to my Nash. What I'm trying to say is will you be my girlfriend?"

"Your such a loser. Of course, but just so you know I will love Evan Peters even more."

"That's so rude, but just so you know I will love Taissa Farminga even more. "

"ummm... Hi guys. I just saw Hayes playing with the girls. I just wanted to see where Maddie was. Sorry." She shut the door and Nash looked back at me.

"I'm so sorry. I should have locked the door." He just looked at me and started smiling. "Aww, you're embarrassed. You're so cute."

"Aww, and your so whipped." He tickled me.

"STAPH, HAHAHAHAHAHAHA. NASH PLEASE." He stopped tickling me.

"Don't call me whipped again." I slowly got up and opened the door.

"WHIPPED!" I yelled then ran. I heard footsteps, so I ran faster. I hid behind Hayes.

"I know she's your girlfriend and but she's my best friend and will protect her with my life. To go through her you have to go through me." Nash started toward Hayes. Hayes picked me up and put me in front of him.

"What about all that protecting stuff."

"I don't want him to hurt my pretty face."

"Well now you don't have a best friend." I said teasing him.

"Nash. Come hither."

"What is a hither?"

"I don't really know to be honest. Just come here." He walked over to me and I jumped on his back. "Go my cute best friend slash boyfriend." We went back upstairs.

"You really replaced me with Nash, seriously."

"Yes I did!" I kissed his cheek.
