In the green woods,
Amidst the mountains,
In those beautiful valleys,
Our eyes first met.
The breeze caressing your cheeks,
Your hair tickling your lips,
I saw you and
There you smile
Those times by the sea,
The unspoken stories we shared,
Those moments we shared,
I thought I found my love!
Oh lord how wrong was I,
Forgot I live in a world where,
People change, feelings fade,
All that remains is hurt!
You gather the pieces and move on
I was wrong,
To expect,
To accept,
To let you so close,
Even after what you had done
But what do I do!?
I loved you so much,
Would give you a million chance,
And still wait for you
But the way you disown me,
The way you insult me,
The way you thrashed me away,
Remember that!
I'm sure some day you'll look back at this,
And when you do, i'll make sure you smile,
Smile that you ditched the person who meant nothing for you
After all I was so wrong,
So awfully blind,
So foolish,
That I never questioned,
Who m I to you?
I know you have made a decision,
I don't want you to turn back,
But if ever you get a moment,
Just think
