Why Him?

First contact

Most people fall in love with the person, but the way to actually fall in love is to fall for their eyes. I fell for his eyes faster than a gun could shoot a bullet. From the second his eyes starred into mine I knew I loved him inside and out. Eyes aren't the key to the soul they are the key for pure love that will last through everything. His dark chocolate eyes with flakes as golden as the sun in them starred back at me with softness but also curiosity as I approached from across the room.  His darkly colored head matched his eyes perfectly. His chocolate like hair was thick and messy the messiness made his hair look like it was completely natural as he combed through it. When I was less than a foot from him he cracked the smallest smile. His straight bleach white teeth showed through the tiny smile and my heart shrank deep into my chest cause he looked at me with a smile. The small smile from him lit up my world like the 4th of July it was so bright. When I was finally face to face with the gorgeous creature named Dezomnd my mouth opened but no words came out. I felt as if someone had embolized my whole body. His eyes starred at me and he cocked his head to the side as if waiting for me to speak but I couldn't. He noticed I was unable to speak and started giggling like a small man child and patted my shoulder while laughing. Finally when he had stopped laughing he looked at me and smiled a huge smile with his pearly white teeth and started speaking like nothing happened.  His voice was captivating like a brass orchestra, deep, broad, and captivating. The deepness of his voice was soft and manly, it could put a grown man to shame and make a girl cry. When Dezmond spoke to me no matter what it had been about I'd be so entrapped in the conversation that I didn't know what went on around me. Apparently I had gotten so lost that when he said my name I didn't hear him, I felt him shake me a little and I had snapped out of it.
Dezomnd: "Kat are you alright u looked a little lost in space"
Kat: "yeah I'm fine Moss just a little caught up in my thoughts I guess" and I laughed nervously. I had finally kept an actual conversation with Moss (Dezmond) without being interrupted by anybody, I was filled with so much joy I almost exploded. We both had heard the bell ring saying "Alright Kat time for class you blew your chance with him once again" or at least that's what it felt like it had said. I looked at Moss and he looked at me and smiled, I couldn't miss my opputunity again.... So I jumped at it and asked Moss for his number. When I asked I thought for sure he would tell me no you couldn't but then I heard the most astonishing words leave his mouth "Of course you can Kat", I had died at that moment. I grabbed a pen and paper for him to write with and we was so fast to write it I was shocked. I had taken my paper and pen back then I heard Moss speak "I'll be waiting for that text Kat" he winked as he said it and walked away.
