Over the mountains, can't you see?

The world is awakening

Bags packed, this time for good.

The earth calls for more fun.

Oh fun I shall have,

with no one to stop me.

Only enough money to get me where I need to be

The world is mine to conqueror.

I will travel long and far.

Off to see great and beautiful things,

sad things, dangerous things, harmless things.

I leave behind loved ones for they don't need me,

I leave knowing they are content and asleep.

I have wanderlust marked on my shoulder.

To travel alone is a courageous feat,

a leap of faith.
