"Keri, please can you get us those?" Crash begged, pointing at some berries. Other animals surround it, blocking the two possums from reaching it. I sighed and rolled my eyes, before growling fiercely.

The crowd took one glance at me, before taking off, screaming. Crash and Eddy fist bumped the air before scurrying over to the fruity bush. I followed in a more calm matter.

They picked off the berry seeds, creating a small pile, whilst I just ate mine.

"I don't even want to know." I sighed. Elle appeared from the trees, making me jump. She smiled innocently at me. "Elle!" I exclaimed, trying to calm my nerves.

"Sorry, Keri! But you gotta admit that was funny." I rolled my eyes, flicking my tail in her face. She huffed, falling flat on her stomach.

"We'll be back soon!" Eddy shouted as he and Crash disappeared. I looked back to where they were, only to see all the seeds gone.

"Those two are gonna get eaten one day." Elle commented, standing up. I snickered.

"No promises!" I teased, showing off my teeth. She nudged me, laughing. "I'll make sure those knuckleheads don't get themselves killed. At least not today."

Elle nodded and walked off whilst I followed their disgusting smell.

It took five minutes until I could hear their annoying voices. Or in this case screams. I leaped through bushes, growling. A ginger sabre tooth tiger was trying to catch them as they ducked in and out of holes. A greenish looking sloth charged at them, shouting. However, Crash tripped him up.

I dashed towards them, jumping on the other tiger. I pinned him down, growling, warning him to back off.

"What the hell do you think you're doing?" I hissed. He glared back at me.

"Mind your own business, kitten!" He sneered. I growled louder, causing him to smirk.

"Keri, move!" Eddy ordered, sending some seeds flying towards us. I quickly rolled off the other tiger and leapt up onto a high branch.

I watched amused as Crash and Eddy messed around with the other two animals. I laid lazily, smiling smugly. The tiger spotted me and stuck out his tongue. I flicked my tail, showing him my hostility towards him.

Crash and Eddy continued to jump from one small hole to another, as if some weird game. The sloth and tiger somehow managed to get themselves tangled up. I laughed loudly, unable to control it.

"Surrender?" Crash and Eddy chirped, enjoying themselves.

"Never!" The other animals replied, even though they had already lost.

"Cool!" My two stupid possum friends cheered. They then disappeared into two separates holes before appearing one last time. Using the small tubes of hollow sticks, they shoot seed after seed. The sloth and tiger then collapsed.

I clapped my paws together, giggling away.

"My, my! Crash, Eddy, I am impressed. That was the most funniest thing I have ever seen!" I praised, stretching my back. I jumped down from the branch, landing easily on all fours. The tiger watched me in a daze.

"Oh wait till you spend time with me. I don't know what it is, but people always seem to laugh with me. Even when I'm not laughing!" The sloth exclaimed.

"Come on, boys. Let's find some other weirdos to mess with." I swayed my tail as I walked. Crash and Eddy jumped on my back, chatting away. I took one last glance back at the intriguing sabre tooth. His eyes locked with mine, but I quickly looked away.
