Boxes

Society puts us in a box.
This is how we are supposed to act, feel, look.

But humans cannot be so easily contained.
Every once in a while,
There will be one who looks at the walls of the glass box.
They will tap the glass.

In a burst the glass will shatter into oblivion.

A new race of people will form
A tolerant race
A respecting race
An accepting race
A race free of discrimination
A race that will make this world worth being a part of.

The chains will fall away,
The bounds will be broken,
Our hearts will be free,
Our souls will fly.

If only,
The brave will rise and change it,
For all of us.
