Lucas POV
It's been a week since me and Maya have been doing this whole making out thing,I honestly don't know what we are...are we dating or not.
I go to my locker and I don't see Maya which is weird I always see her here she's always waiting here for me.
Someone comes up to me.
"Hey"said a girl standing infront of me.
"Hi"I said
"I'm Alicia Im a junior"she said
"Well hey I'm Lucas"I said
"See I've been looking at you a lot would you like to hang out"she asked
"Yeah sure"I said
"Ok want to meet at topangas after school"she said
"Ummm yeah I'll meet you there"I said
"Yeah bye"she shad and gave me a kiss on the cheek.

Maya's POV
I was really happy today after me and Lucas kissing and doing boyfriend and girlfriend things I was finally going to ask him what we are.
I put on a black crop top.
A black tight mini skirt and my red heels I put my hair down I put red lip stick and some mascara.
I hope Lucas likes how I look.
I take one one more look in the mirror and head to school.

I'm walking to my locker when I see a girl talking to Lucas.
"Ok bye"she says and gives him a kiss on the cheek.
I feel my legs loosing there balance I feel two hands behind me.
"Maya are you ok"it was Riley
I turn around and hug her.
"Riley I should've listened to you I should've told Lucas that I liked him and asked him what we were but I didn't Riley and now I'm hurt I can't feel with something like this again"I say
"Maya it's ok everyone makes mistakes it's Lucas loss if he doesn't want a beautiful girl like you"she says and cleans my tears from my face.
"By the way you look beautiful"she says
"Thankyou lets go to class"I say

Lucas POV
I'm in history class with farkle and zay,but where is Riley and Maya.
I see Riley walking inside and Maya behind her she looked beautiful I stared at her and she made I contact with me it looked like if she was crying,I smiled at her and she didn't smile back,did I do something.
"Ok class today we will start reading a new book it's called,love,just like that love,can someone tell me there definition of love"said ms.gally
Maya raised her hand.
"Miss.hart"she said
"Love to me is something that is so hurtful it hurts you in so many ways you give that person all you can your first kiss and everything but then they leave you is it because youre not good enough?you never know because they never tell you,they just leave you like that,that's what love is to me HURT!!"said Maya
"Deep thoughts miss.hart I think you will enjoy this book,now class,this book is about a girl and a guy who like each other they don't date but they do couple things the girl gets hurt because the guy goes out with another girl even though she thought they loved each other and the rest the end of the story you have to write it the book wasn't finished you need to finish it"said miss.gally
"Ok so what do we do"said Riley
"Ok so you will write the ending of the story and bring it to class tomorrow"she said
The bell rang and i was going to go talk to Maya.
Maya's POV
I saw that Lucas wanted to come over and talk to me so I grabbed all my things and run out of the class.
I saw the girl waiting out side the school she was probably waiting for Lucas.
Lucas came up to her and they left shoot I'm late to work I work at topangas on some day when I need to get new clothes or my mom needs help so today I need to go.
I run to the subway station and take the train.

"Hey baby"my mom says as I step into topangas
"Hey mom"I say and go hug her
"How was your day"she asked
"Mom I was going to tell Lucas how I felt about him but when I was going to he was already with another girl"I said
"Well honey turn around"I turned around Lucas and that girl were coming in they were sitting down.
"Honey I'll take there order if you want"my mom asked
"No mom I'll do it"I said I went up to them.
"Hi welcome to topangas anything I can get for you"I asked
"Obviously you can that's why we are here"said the girl I rolled my eyes
"Hey Maya"Lucas said
"You know her"the girl asked
"Yeah she's my friend"what his friend that word broke my heart but it's Ok.
"Ok so can I have a-"the door opened and in came josh.
"Maya"he screamed
"Josh"I screamed back he ran towards me and hugged me.
He spun me around.
"I missed you"he said
"Me to we need to catch up how's NYU everything haven't seen you since the dance"I said
"Maya you look beautiful"he said
"Thanks"I said,Lucas cleared his throat.
"Mom take Lucas order for me please I'm going to hang with josh"I said
"Ok honey have fun"my mom said.
I saw jealousy in Lucas eyes but that's just how I felt.
