Air.
All around her.
Whisping through her hair.
It hugged tightly against her delicate frame.
It made her feel less... Alone.
Precious’ elegant body swayed in Earth's crisp air. Her deep, black wings stayed pressed against her back.
Seconds before she would fatally crash into Earth, her amber eyes shot open. Her beautiful wings whipped out.
Filled with anger and hate she flew, back to the Heavens. The memories came washing back like a storm.
She had broken the rules once more, being pushed to her absolute limit, God kicked Precious, her own daughter, out. That's right, her mother was God. Once Precious reached the Heavens, she screamed. Trying to enter the Golden Gates.
Precious parted her pretty, little lips as she swore, then, dove back down to Earth at an incredible speed.
Staying in the cool air, Precious thought about the situation before her; briefly rubbing the back of her hand against her cold arm.
The setting sun was the only thing that gave her a peace of mind. She enjoyed how the air delicately hugged her body as she hovered above the landscape. It made her feel safe. A single tear rolled down her cheek, she rubbed it away quickly, but the truth hit her before she could side track herself. Her mother gave her up.
Suddenly a horrible, screeching noise nipped at her ears. She turned quickly, and what met her eyes were dozens of hideous demons, akwardly flapping their oversized wings. She studied them closely, then gasped. Suddenly flying in the other direction as fast as she possibly could.
Their dark, deformed faces were grinning back at her. Red eyes stared into hers. They were absolutely giant, at least 8 feet tall. They were the Devils army sent after her.
She knew why, too.
Hade was her father.
But we'll talk about that later.
Just as a Hatrix’s large, meaty claws were about to drag Precious to Hell, a beautiful group of figures decended from the night sky. Peering at them, a smile settled on her face once worried face. Her mom had come back for her. Then her heart stopped, these were no angels from the Heavens. They were Fallen Angels.
“No!” she yelled, flying away from them at incredible speed. "I don't need your help!" Her heart sank. She couldn’t become a Fallen Angel. Disgust filled her mind and pounded against her mouth until she let it out in a long, sharp scream that rose to the Heavens.
“It's alright," the soft words of comfort floated through the air and collapsed into her ears. Precious turned quickly. Meeting her curious eyes was a tall figure. Studying it, she realized it was a boy.. No. It was one of the Fallen Angels.
His light, blue eyes looked into hers. It had to be admitted, he was beautiful. The last of the suns rays bounced off his blonde hair and soft, white skin. But she couldn’t let his face get the better of her. The few moments seemed like forever, as they stared deeply into each others eyes. Gathering her thoughts, she crossed her arms and looked the other way before she would smile at him.
The Fallen Angels coaxed her with encouragment to come down for about 15 minutes. Giving in. she let herself sink to the ground. For the first time, her bare feet were pressed against the soft, dirt. Precious was now on Earth.
"We have a lot to tell you." One of them said, softly holding her hand and leading her into the darkness.
She should have known it was a trap.
