Chapter 3: cheek burns
Yivi P.O.V
Hunter took me home "thank you. For everything." He said.
"It's not over yet... I need to show you around school." I say letting out a laugh.
He laughed as well and our faces were inches close.
He kissed me cheek quickly. And backed away blushing.
Before he could say anything I hugged him. He hugged back and rubbed my back.
"Thank you." I say.
"No need." He said.
We backed away and as he was about to leave I kiss his cheek.
His face turned red and said "goodnight"
"Goodnight" I say.
I went inside and found my father knocked out.
I fell asleep in my room and waited for school.
The next day I woke up with my cheek burning.
I touched my cheek and it hurt. "Ouch! What the heck."
I went to the mirror and found a lips mark on my cheek.
"Where did I get this?" I ask myself.
Then i remember... Hunter kissed my cheek but why does it burn?
I didn't have time for an answer I got to go to school.
I took a shower and the burn went away.
I put my clothes on and checked my phone.
7:40 A.m
The bus was coming in 5 minutes!
I walked into the living room and find my father standing at the door.
Ignoring him I go get a yogurt and eat it peacefully.
The bus honked and I threw away my yogurt and stopped in front of the door.
My fathers arms crossed. "Where do you think your going?" He asked rudely.
"Going to school... For education!" I spat.
He was about to slap me but he had second thoughts.
"I'm going to wait till you get home from 'education'" he said.
He got out of the way and I ran out.
