A.n. I know that the last chapter was short and I promise to have longer chapters as the story goes on.
Jake's POV
All I remember is hearing a loud crash. Then I saw a huge fire at the end of the hall.
"Run!" I heard someone say.
Then I heard this crunching sound and I fell on the ground and I didn't know what had hit me I just knew that I was on the ground.
I felt a huge weight on my back. The pain in my spine and shoulder was horribly painful.
I had never felt a pain like it before.
"Jake...Jake...Jake...?" I heard someone yell. Then I felt some of the debris being lifted off of me. I was still in pain but not as much.
I felt my eyelids starting to get heavy and I had a major headache. I start drifting to sleep.
