Sasuke uchiha POV

I woke up in a hospital bed naruto was asleep in the chair next to my bed. I tried to get up but my body hurt it was sore and the pain from moving want worth it.

" sasuke? Are you up now? " naruto said with concern.

" Hn. " I shook my head yes. Then it clicked " where is Sakura? " I say while pushing my whole body up even if it hurt like a bitch.

" woah woah woah. Stop Teme your hurting yourself she's in another hospital room Hinata and ino are with her the rest we told to go home. "

" Hn. Is she okay. "

" aw someone worried about Sakura-chan. " he said with satisfaction written all over his dobe face.

" shut up dobe and answer the question. "

" geesh I was just kidding but yeah she's fine she's not as injured as you are. "

" good. "

" little brother what have you gotten yourself into now? Saving the pretty pink haired one? " Itachi smirked at me. I clenched my teeth.

" what are you doing here. " I say in an annoyed tone.

" to see you obviously little brother. Still as clueless as always. "  his smirk growing wider.

" Tch "

" oh by the way I seen our little uchiha hater on the way here. "

" who is he talking about sasuke? "

I clenched my hands into a ball I knew exactly who he was talking about. Sakuras brother.

" why would he be here. "

" I don't know probably to visit your pink haired friend or you since your both weak and easy to kill another reason why I'm here. "

" where is he now. "

" I wouldn't know little brother. "

" wait! Who the hell are you guys talking about! Am I the only one who didn't know about this freak show? There is no way he's hurting Teme or Sakura-chan on my watch! "

Sakura POV.

Huh where am I? What happened?
Oh I don't know maybe you just got injured and ended up in a hospital bed. How am I okay? Well Sas---

" Sakura! Your up! " Hinata smiled and happily yelled. Then her face turned red because of her yelling.

" thank god your okay Sakura. " ino said worriedly.

" do you even know what happened? "

" well yeah bits and pieces I just can't remember everything. " I gave a puzzled look while looking out the hospital window.

"Well you don't have any broken bones. The doctor says your just going to be sore so no major damage thanks to sasuke. "

" wait sasuke? "

" yeah he grabbed you when you were you know trying to be superman. "

I look down trying to think and remember the moment and finally I did.  Sasuke grabbed me and he took more damage. I asked him why he did it. I remember what happened now.

" Sasuke-Kun " I say softly guilt in my eyes that he's hurt because of me.

" oh don't let your self down Sakura. You could have been seriously injured or even killed. "

" yeah that's the thing. He could have died too. "

" uh well hm- "

When they leave I'm going to go see sasuke. I have to I feel to guilty about him being injured. And I want to know how injured he is.

" hey there sister. Now what happened to you? "

Wait. I know that voice. It's my brother. What is he doing here? I can't protect myself in my state and I'm not going to let these two get hurt.

" wait brother? " Hinata asked.

" Hey! Why didn't you tell me you had a brother! " inos screamed at me.

My brother was just at the door smirking.

" how did you even know I was in the hospital. " I glared at him while he walked in the sit next to me. Ino and Hinata got the point to leave.

" oh sister don't be mad at me. I just wanted to see if you were okay. " he smiled while his hands were in his jacket pockets.

Be careful Sakura. He's up to no good. Watch him he might be having his hands in his pockets but that's only a distraction but still keep and eye on the pockets in case it's a trick. I already know how to act around my brother.

" leave. "

" aw but I just got here. "

" i don't care leave. Now. "

" now now I don't think I'm going to do that. "  he swiftly grabbed the pillow and put it over my face.

Don't panic. Don't panic. Don't panic. For whatever else you do just don't panic. If you do we might as well just kill ourself. I got it! Jut shut up already!  Come on now think. As every second my body is begging for air. I grab my brothers shirt and tug him to the ground as hard as I can which gives me a chance to breath. I press the emergency button on the bed side which called for the nurses.

" heh so you've actually gotten smart? " he says while he tackles me to the ground with scissors in his hand.
I struggle to get away. What the hell do I do now.
