Have you ever felt like a loss was also gain.
I defiantly have, my aunt died and I was the only relative she thought she had so she left all her stuff to me.
I was happy to find out I would also be reviving a mansion an a dog.
The dog is a golden retriever puppy, just born a few months ago.
My aunt also had another dog but he passed on the way to my house, another loss.
The puppy is a girl and I named her butter scotch after the main character's dog In my favorite book, out of my mind by Sharon M. Draper.
I thought that my aunt was a gain and a loss, I mean I didn't know her so one less adult to boss me around but she did die and she Is familey.
My mom was crying in her room for hours when she revived the phone call from my uncle about my aunts death.
My dad still doesn't know that she is dead, mom is hating all of the things in her room to get her mind off her sister.
I do know why mom never said anything, about her sister I mean she did live in canada in a mansion and we lived lived in a two bed one bath apartment.
Dad got mad at mom the day after her sister died because he didn't know she was to upset to go to the store.
