Advice 4- Stress/Worrying

Wow this is a VERY late update whoops
But let's ignore that for now and lets get you learned.

In today's society there seems to be a lot of stress whether it may be school, family, work, friends, whatever. But here are some tips to guide you.

Lay down for a bit
Just take some time to lay down in your bed, couch, or wherever is the most comfortable for you and just sleep and relax. Maybe even get some tea or milk.

Do breathing exercises
Just breathe in and breathe out. Do it slowly until you have calmed yourself down.

And finally, just know this;
Please don't worry about not succeeding. Just know that I believe in you and you should too. It's okay if you made a C on that test. It's okay if you got fired. It's okay if you're worried about people accepting you. Just know that you'll be fine and that you've already made it this far, and you're gonna go even farther.

Hopefully this stuff is actually aiding you and not just a burden but oh well.
