The Next Day (Final)

The next day at school was TERRIBLE! You walked down the school hallways just searching for any sign of Jeff and Sumo.

You looked down at your feet in defeat. You secretly hoped they had not come to school.

As you were dragging your feet you accidentally bumped into a rather squishy..wall? You looked up to see Clarence. He looked at you and smiled wide.

"Hey there (y/n)! Hey! Have seen Sumo or Jeff? Because I haven't." He said while swallowing a fistfull of gumballs.

You looked down and scraped your foot on the tile. "I was just about to ask you the same question.. the little get together didn't really go so well.."

Clarence looked at you for a second then shrugged.

"Maybe they're just late."

You nodded.

"Well I'm going to class now Clarence. Thanks anyway."

You turned and walked to class.

You walked into class to see a very angry looking Jeff and a very tired looking Sumo. Jeff glanced over at you and frowned. It made your heart drop.

Sumo was slowly falling asleep at his desk. His head was slowly slipping from his hand's grasp. He slammed his head on the desk. His sore head shot up immediately and he glanced over at you.

He frowned more than Jeff.

You sighed sadly and took your seat next to Jeff.

"Hey Jeff." You said timidly.

He hummed a response, not even bothering to look your way. You tried not to cry in front of everyone but a tear slowly rolled down your cheek.

Once one tear fell, they all did. You began to sniffle as you hid behind your hair.

Jeff looked over at you.

"I didn't mean to ruin your night (y/n)." He said feeling guilty. He fiddled with his thumbs.

"And I'm sorry I got mad at Sumo... I can apologize if you'd like.."

You wiped your eyes. "D-do you think w-we could all talk a-at lunch..?" You hiccuped.

Jeff turned around in his chair to face Sumo. He noticed Jeff looking at him. He scowled. Jeff frowned back.

"I don't know if he will show up but we can try." Jeff stated.

You smiled.

"Thanks Jeff." You said as you kissed his cheek making Jeff go ten shades of scarlet.

You sat patiently at your normal lunch table with Clarence and Jeff at your side. The three of you were waiting for Sumo to enter the cafeteria.

You looked at the door closely until you saw it swing open and Sumo entered.

You gasped and ran over to him.

"Sumo! I'm so glad to see you!" You said hugging him tightly. He gasped for air as you squeezed him.

"N-nice to... see you t-too.." He rasped. You slowly let go of him and took his hand in yours. He blushed as you dragged him back to the table.

"Okay Sumo. Mee and Jeff here would like to talk about last night." You stated taking a seat.

Sumo slowly sat down across from Jeff. Jeff cleared his throat before speaking.

"I would like to apologize to you Sumo. It wasn't fair of me to act the way I did last night." He said.

Sumo crossed his arms and mumbled,"I forgive you."

You turned to Sumo.

"I'm sorry too Sumo. I hope you can forgive me." You kissed his cheek as an apology.

Sumo smiled and giggled slightly.

Jeff sighed in disgust. You kissed his cheek too making him smile as well.

"Now we're all friends again right?" You asked hugging your two friends to your sides.

Jeff and Sumo looked at each other and smiled.

"But I think there is one more thing we need to do." You said before standing up and pushing the two boys together.

They looked at each other wide eyed as their bodies and faces were smooshed together. They both blushed.

"Now it's your turn to make up."

Jeff looked at you "What?!"

"Come on Jeff! It's just a kiss on the cheek. It's won't hurt you."

Jeff looked at Sumo. He swallowed hard before giving Sumo a small peck on the cheek. Sumo did the same. They were blushing messes.

You giggled and sat between them again. You were happy that everyone was friends now.
