Her blood is different. She comes from an ancient blood line of the most powerful witches. And her ancestors asked a favor.
Long story short -> Alice's ancestors basically sold their entire family to the underworld/devil. In return for power. So basically her blood is part demon. And demon blood is bad for vampires.
