We get off the bus and head to our hangout spot where the rest of our homies are Aton school.
"Hey Viri! Hey Adri!" My best friend Aleily yells out to us as we are arriving to sit down with them by the big tree. Everyone says was up except for one person I seriously didn't recognize. I sit down next to my homeboy Antonio. Me and him have known each other since I was around 5 years old, my mom used to take care of him and his brother all the time when his mom got killed in a driveby. His mom was my moms best friend since they were little. So they are like my moms kids. No one knows that I have a little crush on him. Only him, and my little sister. We've had things come and go but nothing serious. Just made out. I don't really see him as a boyfriend or anything like that. I used to like to mess around with him though.
"Wassup you ? Why didn't you come by last night my mom was waiting for your ugly ass." I tell him, with a big ass smirk on my face.
"Tell her I'm sorry but I had stuff to do. Shit your uncle told me I had to take care of."
"No worries. By the way who's the new guy?" I ask
"Why you like him?" He asks me playing around. With a big ass smile.
"He's cute and all but nooooo, I don't even know him, but seriously who is he?"
"Come on " he grabbs my hand and leads me toward his brother and the new guy.
"Christian meet my homegirl Adrienne, Adrienne meet my cousin Christian."
Since when does this fool have family? I've never met him! Last time I knew it was just him his brother and his dad. Damn his cousin was looking fine though. He had a cholito look. He has a fresh cut, the stupid uniform and his eyes are unforgettable. Although Antonio doesn't get left behind. I would say they look alike. Nice tan skin sexy ass lips and mesmerizing eyes. The Main difference in the face I would say is the tattoo on Tonys left side that I gave him last year when I was a freshman. I still can't believe he got a lil dollar sign tatted by his eye, especially by me. I have to admit though, it looks dope as fuck.

I couldn't stop staring at him. He was so fucking sexy. Good thing the bell rung to cut me off the connection I had with him because I didn't want it to be noticeable. I left with Aleily and Antonio. Viri left with Robert and Christian with the rest of the homies.
"I seen you Adri." Aleily says trying to be serious but I could tell she wanted to laugh

The bell rung and I was late like always to class.
"Nice of you to join us Ms. Castillo"

"Watch the language Castillo. You have double detention after school tomorrow."
I sat down in my seat and guess who's sitting next to me. The Christian guy.
"Hey chula, I'm glad I have a class with you. I didn't wanna be all alone on my first day. " he says sarcastically
"My names Adrienne. Not chula, thanks for the compliment though." I tell him.
"Sorry it's cuz your really beautiful, so tell me you have a boyfriend? He ask me
"No, never have and never will." I tell him with a serious face.
"Why? So your saying if I were to ask you on a date or something you would say no?"
"I would say yes actually" I tell him smiling.
"Let's skip next class and go somewhere."

The bell rang and I was looking for Viridiana to see wassup with her, before I left. I usually tell her where I go. I found Antonio first and then i saw her and she was all over Robert I swear they need to go out already. They have been messing around for more than a year.
"Viriiiiiiii! Damn just go out already." I tell her sarcastically and tony following my lead.
"Yea, Robert ask her out already. I need a pretty sister in law. Not like them ratchet hoes you be with all the time." Tony goes along.

"They're waiting for me!" I tell her as she pulls me aside to talk to me.
"Who's waiting for you? Where are you going? She asks me
"Christian, the new boy, I'm not sure where we are going. You wanna come though? You can bring Robert. Hurry tho ill see you by my locker."

"Dont you take forever." He tells me
"I just wanted you to miss me" I say to him
"We'll you got it. I was missin you hahaha. So you ready to be out?" He asks
"Hold on we have to wait on my cousin Viri and Robert, they want to skip too."
" ok, so where do you want to go ? " he asks
"They hangout spot." I tell him as Viri and Robert are arriving
