Wait Till' I'm Safe

The adoption

"Storming through this despite whats right, one final fight for this tonight, whoa-oh-oh, with knives and pens we made our plight, lay your.." (black veil brides Knives and pens) That's the last lyric I heard before Mrs. Susan ripped out my ear bud.

"What the hell!?" I yelled in her face.

"Well, Jordyn there are some people down in the office here to see you. Remember the appointment for your adoption?"

"Obviously I don't remember, and this means I actually get to meet the people before they pull me outta here?" I asked kinda sarcastically.

"Yes it was their idea, they thought you'd be a whole lot more comfortable if you got to speak with them first."

Well I guess this is it. When your about to be adopted, it sorta feels like your auditioning for a show or movie. If you mess one thing up, it could change everything. I would know, I've been adopted 6 different times, and I'm hoping this might be the one. I hope the mom and dad are nice, and only have 1 other kid. Preferably a boy. As we walked out of my room, I popped my ear bud back in. Before I know it the office door opens, and I gotta be honest, I'm shocked at what I see. 4 boys? Not one girl? Is she in the bathroom?

"Hi Jordyn I'm Luke and this is my Husband, Josh. I can tell by your face you didn't expect all guys to be waiting here for you. But that's how it is, Trevor is our oldest son, he is 16, and Ashton over there would be our youngest he is 11. And you'll be right in the middle. So tell us somethings about you." Luke said as he pointed to each of the guys while introducing them to me.

"What the hell....."I paused then started again, " No thanks"

"Oh sweetie, it wasn't a question." Josh said. "TAKE OUT YOUR EAR BUD ITS DISRESPECTFUL!" Mrs. Susan said.

"Well if some gay couple over there is adopting me, your now some stranger who has absolutely no authority over me what-so-ever." I replied, with what felt like a devilish grin.

'I think we talked enough" Luke started.....I'm nervous did I just ruin my chance at being adopted? Then he continued "We've decided that we would love to make Jordyn a part of this family. So Where do we sign?"

So did it start well? I know I'm not the best with story writing but, I have a good feeling about this one. Let me know any requests or ideas and i will be sure to somehow incorporate them into the story. Thanks please vote!!!!
