We just arrived at our new home. It's actually very big. I hate big houses. They have to much room to get lost in. Our old house was not this big and easy to get around. But not to where you get lost all the time. I found a room that wasn't tiny but also not massive. It had a pretty view from the balcony and a big closet. I didn't have a on sweet, but there was a bathroom right down the hall. I unpacked all of my clothes and went to the moving truck to grab some of my stuff. About two hours later I was done with my bedroom. It's almost the end of July and shook starts in 7 weeks. The school district here is pretty normal. I'm in 8th grade so I'll go to North Carolina Jr. High. It's supposed to be a school for very intelligent people. That's why I got in. My father made my sister apply for the North Carolina High School but she didn't get in. So now she'll go to Carolina High. For the less smarter people. Not like me. My father was very proud of me for getting in. I was deep in my normal talking to myself conversations when Brittney came into my room, THREW a pillow at me and told me it was time for dinner. That's normal for her. She's been super moody since mom died. But I went out of my room and down to the dining room. It took me about five minutes to navigate my way down there but I made it. Once I got to the dining room I smelled the sweet smell of burgers. Just because I have a mansion like house- doesn't mean I have to be formal. I ran into the kitchen without falling ( witch is surprising since I'm very clumsy.) I licked my lips and my father saw me do it. He chuckled and shook his head. "Here you go sweetie." He said while handing me a plate. I immediately say at the table, and grabbed my burger and devoured the burger with a few massive bites before my sister and dad even sat down. But my dad came prepared. He brought me two more burgers and tons of fries. I grinned and stuffed my face some more. Brittney rolled her eyes and took out her phone. My father looked at her sternly and said "No phones at the table Britt." My father is the only one who is allowed to call her Britt for some reason. Brittney rolled her eyes again and my father looked at her with a 'stop it right now or your going to your room' look. She just picked at her fries and moved on. I finished my burger and went up to my room to get in my pajamas. I put on a lime green t-shirt and some black exercise shorts. People say they're for boys- but they're REALLY comfortable. I grabbed my iPad before getting cozy in my bed. I watched Mako Mermaids (A.K.A. my life) until my father came in to make sure I was alright. But apparently he wanted to talk about my mom. "So how are you doing? I haven't seen any tears come out of you for a while." He said looking at me with sincere eyes. A tear slowly rolled down my cheek and into my lap. He sat down on my bed and pulled me into his lap hugging me tight. I started crying but silently. I jut let the tears roll down my round cheeks. No one can hear me so he looks at me to see if I'm crying. I am obviously but no one can hear.

Sorry for slow updates! That's going to be normal though!
