That One Surfer Dude

Chapter 1

Talia POV

"I dont wanna be here mom, so why would i smile?" I said angry torwards my mother. She was telling me to go out side and meet some new people.

My names Talia, im 16 and just moved her from Chicago. The only reason we moved her was cause my Step dad got a new job here in Huntington Beach. I dont wanna be here. I had my family and all my friends in Illinois. I only had 2 real friends, Mikeala and Brittni, but they were the best. I dont make friends very easily thats why i only had two.

"Talia, why dont you just understand that there is no turing back. This is our new home. So get used to it. Why dont you just go down to the beach and make some friends or at least just get out of the house?" My mom said to me as she was shoeing me out of the house so she can fisnish unpacking.

I walked away going up to my room to change my clothes. I put on a plain blue bikini that had little fringes on it. I grabbed my towel, sunglasses, and a book. Im out of here. As long as im in Cali i might as well try and enjoy it.

I run out the house to go to the beach. Good thing we only live 3 minutes away from it cause i dont drive yet. When i get there i find a cute little spot next to a palm tree. I lay out my towel and sit down so i can enjoy my new book i just got. Its called Fallen To Far, so far its amazing. I love to read! I look out infront of where im sitting and notice some hot guys surfing!

"I wish i knew out to surf" i think in my head.

Wesley POV

"HEY MOM WE'RE GOING TO THE BEACH TO SURF!" I yell to my mom whos in the kitchen.

"Okay be back before dinner, dinner is at 5." She says back. She always makes us come back early i hate it.

My brother Keaton and I run out the house to find our friend Drew. We all surf together at the beach thats 5 minutes away from our house. When we get there we first scope out the chicks like everyother guy. I know most the girls in Huntington Beach but most of them dont interest me. This one girl, Carly, has been trying to get with me ever since her brother joined my band.

Keaton nudges my shoulder and points at a chick in a blue bikini. "Look at her, shes really pretty. But i dont recognize her , do you know who that is?"

"She's hot. I call dibs!" Drew yells before i can say anything.

"Drew your to old for her. Dont want me to call the police on you. She's mine. I dont know who she is but shes gorgeous!" i say to him with my smirk.

We head out to the water, i'll make my move on her later. I gotta impress her with my rad surfing skills! I can tell she keeps looking up at me, tryna act like she doesnt want me. We surf for about hour and a half and shes still reading that book. hmm now we need to rethink the plan.

"Hey Keaton, did you bring the frisbee? Cause i have a plan for her to talk to me. Here Drew your gonna throw it too me , imma go long by her." i tell them explaining my plan.

I run to a spot right by her. She's not paying attention to me but i know she noticed me. I yell over to him to throw it . "IM READY!" he throws it hard, i jump in the air to get it and then BAM! i fell back on her by accident. I wasn't planning on falling on her.

"OWWWWW!" She yells. "Get off me!"

I thought to myself. "Shit ! now shes never gonna like me."
