All the Scouts were in The town hall Court Everyone very impatient "Hello?" Armin said trying to wake up the now snoring Jason keith. Jason jumped up "S-Sorry" Jason says The bandage On his Nose still remained on after his best down By Maize , "Good you need to be awake for this," Armin sighed and sat down.

The courtroom was divided into two sides The defense and the Attackers the court name is Atlas Vs Military. Michael was chained up sitting in the 'Guilty' seat Annie was Handcuffed to a pole and had a dozen Military personal Aiming at her. Pai braun was getting anxious "C'mon when is The judge and the others gonna be here..." Everyone shrugged.

Meanwhile A cart pulled out and the judge walked out remembering the former Yaegar case he knew what to expect, Akira,Tame, and the rest of squad Maize Excluding Pai were guarding him they walked into the courtroom The whispering stopped and Everyone saluted. He slowly sat down and removed his black leather coat and glasses He looked around The silence intensified , "You may take your seats" he took a deep breath "If you are on the left you are defending if you are on the right you believe the defendant is guilty."

Jason,Maize, Pai, Armin, and Mikassa were all to the side, Except Everyone else "Maize as being a witness what did you see?" Maize stood up and walked to the side "I heard a loud Boom and me and a few others decided to investigate, We saw Atlas over there holding the girl in his arms she was passed out." The judge sighed "Anything else?" Maize then got back up to explain "Their was a chizel and apparently Atlas had know idea how it got there."

The judge reviewed the reports and took a deep breath "you do realize this is also about how Annie here is pleading innocent to her numerous crimes too , right?" Maize sat down and said "Oh she is innocent, I'm only on this side to be against Michael" The judge ordered for him to sit down "Armin Arlert , speak" Armin got up and saluted "I have seen the destruction Annie has caused, and the same with Michael Atlas, but When Annies story comes into play..." The judge put a sour look on his face, "Enough of this DAMNED story!" He sighed giving outva deep breath that soothed him "I would like to hear it, For myself"

Annie sighed Where do I begin? She thought to herself because she knew one wrong word and she would be dead "Well, First off you guys are not the only human civilization left, An army of humans attacked a 'Shifter' settlement and killed most of it but luckily 7 brave warriors said other-wise But they needed a leader, And you guys know him as the Ape titan he mind - controlled us, sent us on a mission... Only four of us made it Here. But now I fear I am the last one left..." A few tears strolled down her cheeks

Meanwhile Tame was trying to listen but tuned in when he heard four. I thought It was just Annie,Bertholdt,And reiner who invaded us that day... He snapped back already planning a plan.

Meanwhile the judge had already decided on an anwser "Innocent!" Everyone gasped "B-but why?" Maize asked confused his blood boiling with rage. "The culprit who freed Annie is obviously an Survey corps member meaning you guys will be watched,Second of all Atlas can still be punished" With that he hit the table with his hammer almost like thor with his Mijnor creating a booming thunder like sound.

The Court dispersed all of tye Survey members met up back at Hq Tame stepped up onto the stage. "Okay peoples I know that things are starting to get crazy! But listen! I will be setting up a guard force for Annie leonhardt herself, I will call them up momentarily!" Everyone saluted

Meanwhile in another part of of the walls...
"Oof!" Michael Shouted as he was thrown onto the ground "get up!" Annie leonhardt said to him "Why..." he said she was furious "Tell me... Did you release me" he smirked "no" she kicked his ribs. "I was about to ask you if you remember anything" he said she then helped him up. "Really, last thing I rember was me vs Eren" she sheepishly put her foot into the ground "Speaking of him... What happened?" he rubbed the back of his head "He died... Thats what the reports say"

Annie was shocked "b-but how?!?" she covered her mouth "I dont know..." he began looking up at the sun that shined as bright as a diamond, "wanna go back to Hq?" she nodded

Tame looked down upon his peers his bright green eyes and red hair "Maize Ackreman!," Maize stood up "Mikassa Ackreman!," he looked around "Michael Atlas!," no one got up Tame was getting agitated "Michael Atlas!," Michael finally came in and ran to the stage with the speed of a cheetah"Here!" Michael saluted "Lyn hikari!" Lyn stood up and saluted "You will all be selected to guard Annie leobhardt just in case she gets out of hand... Is that clear?" They all saluted in unison

Akira stood up "What about the orders?" bella also followed "yea what about them?" Tame sighed "yes about the orders..." he looked around and took a deep breath "it has come to my attention that aside from Reiner,Bertholdt, and Annie that they're more titan shifters out their that pose as a threat!" just about everyone gasped "and its possible that they might not just be a titan shifter!" there were a few slight murmurs "These orders are to hunt down and capture them... Depending on the threat!" everyone saluted and decided to stay for further orders "It will be good if anyone has any further evidence or ideas that they notify me immediatley!" they all saluted

Meanwhile Annie and Akira both looked eachother in the eyes Akira had a slight tear roll down hers they hugged and Annie whispered "Nice to meet you again... Sister" Akira replied with "you too"...
