Past midnight

Day time

The next morning.

4 o'clock in the morning.
Yolanda wakes up by the sound of her alarm clock 'Time for work.' she sighs. she stands up and looks at her belly. The cut is nowhere to be seen. 'Just a dream.' she whispers and she heads for the shower. After the shower Yolanda walks to the kitchen. She hesitates a moment before opening the door. 'Nothing just a dream...' she says 'Hahahha... Mama... Mama... just a dream.' a little voice says. Yolanda looks around, but nothing to see. 'A dream.... a very bad dream she says.' says the little voice. 'Who... who.. Who i-is there?' stammers Yolanda. Cautious she moves toward the refrigerator. 'My.. my forgot me?' says the voice. Yolanda opens the refrigerator and takes her bread. 'I-I'm sorry...' stammers Yolanda 'I.. I have to go!!!' she screams and rushes out of the house. Slamming the front door, runs to the car and leaves. The noise caused Colin to wake up. He takes a shower and packs his stuff to leave for the office. suddenly a little voice sounds through the house. 'Hahaha..... Mama... Mama... she left... but her fear didn't... air.. tense..' Colin looks up and around him, but says nothing. 'Not strong enough..' says the one voice and after that it's quiet. Colin looks at the clock, 5 o'clock in the morning. 'I'm probably tired.' Colin says. And he head towards the kitchen to get his luch. A gust hits him when he opens the door. A little boy stands in the kitchen and disappears. 'I'm very tired.' says Colin. He takes his lunch and heads for work.

7 o'clock in the evening.
Colin returns home from work, he walks into the kitchen to make some dinner for Yolanda and him. A while later walks Yolanda through the kitchen door. 'Hey sweetheart how was your day?' says Yolanda 'Good and your?' 'Also good. But something weird happened in the morning.' 'Really what?' asks Colin 'I heard a little voice.' she answers 'Hmmm.. I heard it too. But later.' says Colin. It's silent for awhile, only the meat in the pan makes noise. 'I'll set the table.' says Yolanda. 'Okay.'
A few minutes later are Colin and Yolanda eating. 'Yolanda. Shall we get a pet?' asks Colin 'A pet? We are barely home. I don't think that's a good idea.' says Yolanda. 'We'll take two cats. A male and a female.' says Colin 'Okay, but I don't want any kittens.' says Yolanda 'Deal.' 'Deal.'
