The boys next-door

chapter 1

*Anna's POV*

"Anna!....Anna!....ANNA MARIE GET DOWNSTAIRS NOW" i heard my mom yell over my music. Crap..she's probably pissed now.

I walked downstair to see what my mom wanted. "What on earth were you going Anna? I called you three times" she said with a rude tone. "i was listening to music." "well you need to listen to it quieter so you can hear me" "that's kinda the point.of it being loud."i mumbled. "anyways, remember when i told you about the new neighbors last week? Well they'll be here tomorrow. Try to be some-what sociable." she said with a smile. "mom, you act like i have no friends and i live under a rock" "well..." She trailed off as walking away.

--The next day--

I heard a knock on my door. "Anna, it's time to get up. The neighbors will be here in 30 minutes" my mom said as she peeked her head through my door. I rolled over and looked at my phone. 8:30.."why? why is anyone up this early?" I thought to myself as i got out of bed. I went into my bathroom and took a shower got out and blow-dryed and straightened my long blonde hair. When i was done with my hair i applied light make-up, then went and put on a pair of blue-jean shorts and a purple v-neck and my black vans. When i was dressed and ready i walked downstairs. "Well goodmorning princess anna" my step-dad said with a laugh. I grabbed a plate and grabbed 3 pancakes and ate. My mom walked into the kitchen on the phone with someone "ok...ok..yeah, ok..we were going to invite y'all over for dinner if you dont mind? Alright sounds great. See you in 10!" She hung up and took a sip of her coffee. "So, i'm guessing that was the Stomberg's?" i said while checking my phone. "Yeah! They should be at there house any minute. Well, i spoke too soon! There they are" she said while walking to the front door. "Come on! Let's go meet them!" she said walking out the front door.
