MICHAEL VEYS P.O.V.

My name is Michael Vey, I live in Idaho, don't worry if you don't know where it is, a lot of people don't.

I also have Turret's Syndrome, not the kind were you bark out bad words when you don't know it, I just twitch and gulp when I'm nerves, I twitch like crazy!

It's been 9 years since I killed Hatch, my mom and dad have been together on dates constantly, and the Elgen turned themselves in, figuring out since there leader was dead, they didn't know what to do next.

I married Taylor Ridley, now Taylor Vey, the most beautiful person I laid eyes on, we have two kids, our daughter Joey, and a son Austin, named after my best friend Ostin who was killed by Hatch with a handgun.

I still have that gun to this day, it doesn't fire, but I mounted it on the wall to remember what the Electro Clan fought for.

Right now I'm driving my kids to school, Joeys in preschool, and Austin's in kindergarten.

"Have a good day, Austin my man!" I yell up to him, Austin just runs off joining his school buddies. Austin has my hair and bright blue eyes, and Joey has Taylor's hair and green eyes.

"I don't want to go to school" Joey laughs as I try to unbuckle her from the car seat.

"Oh yes you do" says Taylor, working her charm as she lightly pinches Joeys cheek.

Joey's cheeks turn red and her eyes brighten.

"I do, I do want to go to school!" then Joey tries to unbuckle herself, kicking with her tiny legs excitedly.

"Ok, ok" I laugh.

Finally when I unbuckle her, and hand her to Taylor, giving both a kiss on the cheek, I drive of to my job, Taylor is a preschool teacher, and I'm a Police Officer, working for Taylor's dad, Officer Charles Ridley.

So yes, my car is a Police car, and not everybody knows me, I know after defeating Hatch from taking over the world would make me famous but the people at the secret base decided against it and hid me from the face of the earth of people finding out.

When I enter the door already dressed in my uniform, Officer Charles Ridley, shakes my hand.

"Nice to see you son!" He shouts, maybe a little to loud, because a couple of people I surprisingly don't know yet, looks up at us then back at what they were doing.

Officer Charles Ridley has white hair on his side, and his bald head is covered in his Police hat.

"Good to see you to, sir"

"Call me dad" then he whispers "and that's an order"

First I thought he was serious, but then he cracked a smile.

"Kidding son, kidding, but dad will do better than sir" Officer—I mean, Dad, takes me to the gun range, were I practice with my, Glock 22 Chambered for the .40 S&W cartridge. It has a capacity of 15 rounds.

"Deep breath, Michael, deep breaths" Dad says, as a moving target that looks like a running human, runs across the cold dark cement.

I take a deep breath, fire once, exhale, in hail, exhale, and fire again.

First shot I hit the human target in the butt, second shot was his out stretched leg.

"Slower breaths, deep breaths" Dad does his breathing as an example. Inhaling slowly, but not to slow, and exhaling, but not too fast.

I do as he tells me, and take two shots, this time hitting the target in the chest and the neck.

Never aim for the head, Taylors dad always told me, aim for the bigger spot.

"That's it! Two more shots for today"

I do as he says, both bullets hitting in the chest, right into the heart.

Once Officer Charles—I MEAN DAD!—gives me my papers, I drive to my next assignment.
