Chapter 7

(Time skip to the next morning)
All night I couldn't help but think of last night, it was like a dream that felt so real, but it was real so, that morning I was lazy and woke up at around 10:30 am. I was watching something on TV when my phone rang I looked at he caller ID and it was April. "Hey April, what's up?" While I was pouring some juice.

"I told them about the whole vigilante incident last night." "And they did they say?" I heard what sounded like crying "They fired me from Channel 6" my eyes widen like saucers. 

"What?, I can't believe it."

"And I plan on telling Eric Sacks about it." At what she said I sorta choked on my juice.

"Okay I know I said this before, but are you completely out of your mind?! That's a terrible idea." "What is the problem with it" I gave a blank expression and pinched the bridge of my nose.

"Like I said, I don't trust that guy, he's hiding something." I was serious, he's hiding something, and I didn't like it. I finally gave in, "Fine, go to the guy, if he turns out that he's up to something I want you to say that I was right and you were wrong." she let out a little laugh and hung up.

After a few hours April came back and told me what happened at Sacks place. It was dark out and I was looking up random stuff online, until my screen went all static same thing with Aprils computer. "You've been hacked by Donatello. Remember me? Turtle, four eyes, but enough about me, we told you we would find you. Meet us here and come alone." At that point I shut my laptop off and looked at April and gave my a nod of reassurance.

By the time we got to the location that Donnie told us to go to, it was night and there was no one there.

"Well their not here, let's go back home."

"Hold on Angel, there probably here already" I have her a look that I wasn't gonna stand for this.

"I don't care if they are over 6 foot mutant ninja turtles, I am not going to do this." I was about to walk to the ladder to the fire escape, then a loud thump came from behind, I turn around and saw that Mikey behind April, and she yelped in surprise.

"Okay! Are you April and Angel O'Neil?"  

I was gonna make a run for it, but my path was blocked by Raph and instantly shrank back by his intense glare, but soften when he saw that, my thoughts about that, 'why would he look at me like that'. Then Donnie came at us with his techno stuff flashing at us which blinded the two of us by the way. 

"Initiating retinal scan.Scan complete. It's them. It's them." I had to put my hand up to avoid the bright light and so did April. 

We were gonna make our exit but Leo got to us enabling us to escape from them.

"Of course it's them, Donnie. Hey. Really glad you could make it. There's someone important we want to introduce you to, but first." Then a bag was on m head, and here's what I'm thinking, 'we're being kidnapped by giant turtles.

"Oh come on, what did I do to deserve this" I said to myself.

I heard muffling noises and I was set back down on the ground. I was kinda stumbling but was caught by what felt like giant hands.

The bag over my head was taken off and the bright light blinded me for a few seconds until they adjusted to the light.

I took a look at our surroundings, and it was like nothing I have ever seen in my life, there was tons of computers in one place and all that stuff. But what caught my eyes was a giant rat on the other side of the room. "You've brought us here April." As soon as he stopped talking April started to walk closer to him. What my sister said surprised me most of all. "Splinter?" "April how do you know his name?" I asked but she ignored me.

"Come closer, both of you." She walked closer to him I did also.

"It's been a long time." he said while looking at us. While that was going on I couldn't help but notice the feeling of someone staring at the back of my head.
