TORI'S POV
after tht wierd encounter i went to the rest of my classes and headed home when i got home i changed into shorts and a band tee and my running shoes so i could go to the store for dinner.
When i got to the store i went to get what i needed
diner
chicken
flour
potatoes
mac & cheese
water
jelly beans
i went ot get the things on my list when i bumbed into someone i looked and saw a guy about my age or older
"Im so sorry i wasnt watching where i was going i-"
"its ok um.. miss?"
"oh uh tori my name is tori"
" ok tori everthing is fine im not hurt and my name is jace "
"Thank you and hi but i have to go " i checked the time and saw george would b home in an hour or so
"okay wel.. i kno we just met in all but here's my number""i was about to grab the when someone grabbed it for me . ROY
ROY'S POV
I went to the stor to get stuff for the pack meeting later when i smelt my beautiful mate . i followed the scent when i saw jace handing her a puece of paper, my wolf taking over i ran took the piece of paper and shoved it in my pocket
" Hey tht was for tori man i mean if you wanted my number i would've gave ot to you didnt know you were tht desperate" jace saide cockly
"Back offf jace she dosnt want you number "
"Well it seemed she was bout to take it when tou took it !!"
"LEAVE" i used my alpha voice even though he was human no one can resist the alpha voice. after that he left and saw tori starting to walk away
"Hey tori wait up" i ran toward her and walked by her side
"hi roy" she said
" hi um. sorry back there it just jace is just a big player and i didnt want you to gte hurt"
"thanks i guess but why would you care not to be rude but...?"
"no prob adn i - i you seem too niceto get hurt"
she looked at her watch and had a worried look on her face "Um.. thanks but i have to go"
she walked away and i still folllowed her she put her item up to pay when she took out her wallet i hurried up and handed the clerck a 50 dollar bill
she hadent even noticed until the clerck said have a nice day she looked so confused
"i payed princess" i told her
" wha- wht why?"
" Just because princeess lets go " i grabbed her bags and headed towards the door with her right behind , i walked to my car and put her items in the back seat
"Um... what are you doing i have to get home?"
"Im taking you home hop in "
"No its ok ill just walk " she was bout to open my back door when i quickly shut it
"hop in befor i carry you in ther"
"No -no it oka-"
"i told you to hop in " i picked her up carried her to the passanger side placed her in the seat and closed the door.
TORI'S POV
why is he being so nice ? he dosent even know me? i told wherei lived and he was driving us there . i was scared because george got home 30 minutes ago . we turned down my street and into my driveway which was empty THANK GODD!!
"Um.. thnx for the ride" i got out of the car and so did he. he oppend the back seat door and grabbed all the bags
" um.. what are you doing?"i was so confused
"Im helping you carry your bags in so go unlock your door"
i looked at him crazy befor doing what he said. he carried the bags and set them on the table.
i walked him to the living room
" um.. thnx for everthing"
"No problem "
we sat their in an akward silence when the front door opend satnding thier was George.
