Where The Lonely Ones Roam - Naruto Fanfiction

Chapter 1 ~ A Rocky Introduction

This is the story of my oc. I decided I wanted to write it down even though it's a really long story. I won't go into detail about her looks or personality because she doesn't know herself. Just read and it will all make sense. All you need to know is that this first chapter takes place right after Itachi is killed by Sasuke and Naruto and his team are on there way back to the hidden leaf. Enjoy!

Thunk, Thunk, Thunk.

The sound of jumping through the tree's was becoming annoying. After a long and complicated mission, Naruto just wanted to get home.

Thunk, Thunk, Thunk

Naruto sighed. He was tired, hungry, and bored. He was thrilled when Kakashi finally told them to take a break. Everyone sat in silence, too tired to speak about the recent events. Shikamaru sighed and stood up.

"I'm bored. I'm gonna go see what's up ahead."

"So you don't want to be lazy for once?" Ino stated somewhat angrily.

"Whatever." Shikamaru replied and walked off into the woods.

Naruto just grunted in response. His mind wandered to Sasuke. Now that he had killed Itachi he was the last Uchiha alive. He wondered if Sasuke ever thought about him or everyone else he left behind. He wondered if Sasuke missed the hidden leaf, and if he ever thought about coming back. Naruto knew in his heart that he probably didn't, but it was nice to think there was a chance. His thoughts were suddenly interrupted by Shikamaru running back towards them.

"Guys! You should probably come and see this!" he said out of breath.

Kakashi arched an eyebrow in confusion but followed him. Naruto stood up and ran after the two as well. After running a little, they came to a small clearing. It was completely destroyed and was covered in broken kunai and shuriken. There was a body towards the edge of the woods.

"Naruto. Come here and look at this."

Naruto gulped but walked over to the body. His heart dropped when he saw her.

"I-is she still alive?" He asked

"I think so." Shikamaru replied.

Sakura came running towards them.

"You guys what's going o-" She gasped. A girl lay at their feet, who looked about 20. From what they could see, she had long black hair which was up in a braid. She wore gray shorts, a black tank-top, and had a sword tied around her waist. She looked pretty normal except for one thing. The Uchiha clan symbol on her back.

Kakashi picked her up.

"Come on. If we bring her back she might survive."

All Naruto could do was nod as they began hopping through the tree's again.

Once they had reached the village, Kakashi and Sakura took the girl straight to the hospital. Naruto was left alone with his thoughts. Could it really be true there was one more Uchiha?

I hope you liked the first chapter. I tried to make it not sound boring. I know there are a lot of Naruto oc's out there about missing Uchiha's but I hope this is still interesting. Thanks.
