"God can you not?!" Saige yelled at her awfully prodding husband. "I'm so sick of you!! Go away."

Saige was twenty four, and her husband was beginning to become a tad bit hostile. He was stressed out with work, he was chief in command at the police station. He's been working on one case for several weeks. Saige was moody, for she was heavily pregnant.

"Stop telling me what to do, Saige!! I don't have to take orders from you!"

"Well you do now!! This baby is coming TODAY!!" She screamed as her water broke. Her husband, a man by the name of Jonathan Sawyer, quickly grabbed his coat and keys, ushering his screeching wife out the door and into his Chevy Malibu. He sped down the highway to get to the hospital, and quickly got Saige to the front desk. There, she was given a wheelchair and taken straight to a delivery ward.

"Can you tell me how far in the pregnancy she is?" A doctor asked Jonathan.

"Thirty six weeks."

"Okay. She's only a few weeks premature, follow me to the delivery room."

So four nurses and a doctor delivered this child in a short, five hour labor. Saige birthed a beautiful baby girl with blonde hair and blue eyes. Just like her mother.

But, as soon as she was wrapped and in an incubator, her hair turned jet black and her eyes densed into a thick silver.

"I'm sorry, but I don't know what just happened. That child is not normal. I don't think she's fully human."

......

-5 years later-

"Mummy, why is daddy leaving again?" Evelyn asked her mother.

"Because, Evie darling. He has to go on another business trip."

"Quit lying to me!!"

Saige sighed, knowing well that her daughter wasn't going to believe her. For her age, Evelyn was very intelligent. She has also picked up a number of skills. Her parents tried not to make her angry. They never knew what would happen. The last time they angered little Evelyn, the power in the house went out.

......

For the next eleven years, Saige and Jonathan learned to control the child, and soon she could control herself, too. But she still had those days when she would black out in rage, and destroy the things around her. Every time she raged, she gained a new skill. Most of her skills were gained from ages five to ten.

......

-present day-

Evelyn's POV

"Bye mum!! Bye dad!!" I shouted as I walked out the door, leaving for school. Today is the last day.

And tomorrow is my birthday!!!

Whoop whoop.

And my mum got me One Direction tickets.

EEEEK.

Play it cool, Ev. Play it cool.

I arrived at school and drug myself through the day. I only got really mad once. But I managed to control myself.

...

"Mum?" I questioned as I walked into the house after school, Starbucks coffee in hand.

"In the kitchen, darling." she responded. She had some friends over.

"Hi." I said as I dropped my bag on the floor.

"Any homework?"

"Nah."

"Okay, well. We're all going out, We'll see you later. Call me when you get to that arena, okay?"

I nodded viciously before she and her friends left. My dad wouldn't be back from work until early tomorrow morning, so I texted him telling him that I was leaving soon and to call me in the morning.

I started my preparation session with a shower. Afterwards, I grabbed my favorite black leggings, a white long sleeve crop top, some white Uggs to match, and curled my hair and put it in a high ponytail. I took a big black bow from my nightstand and pinned it to the hair tie that was holding my hair up. I put on some eye shadow, along with a thick line of black eye liner and mascara. I applied some lip gloss then checked myself in the mirror, observing my silver eyes.

I hope it doesn't scare them.

I heard the doorbell go off, meaning Sorell was here (pronounced suh-rell). I opened the door and greeted her with open arms and blue eyes.

"Don't give me the 'innocent-blue-eyes' look, Ev." She laughed.

"Ugh, fine." I said and blinked once, returning them to their normal color.

Yeah.

Sorell is my best friend, we are inseparable. And she is the only one besides my parents that knows about my um.... condition, you could say.

....Hours later, at the concert....

"Na Na Na!!" One Direction finished their last song.

Now Sorell and I get to wait in a line of nearly three thousand screaming girls. Sorell and I were both screaming, don't get me wrong. I just don't want to wait. We waited in line for a while before we caught sight of the boys, only twenty or thirty people ahead of us.

Niall's POV

I looked down the line of girls, looking for any that caught my attention. So far, none of them did. Until I saw one girl at the end of the line. She looked like a normal girl, screaming occasionally. But something just drew me to her. I couldn't tell you what it is. I signed a few more albums, books, and received a bag of peri peri from Nando's. By the time she reached Zayn's end of the table, she looked annoyed and ready to go home, while her friend was still screaming her lungs out her mouth. The boys smiled and signed their stuff, and she finally reached me.

"Well hello there."  I said with a smile. She returned the gesture.

"Hi. Sorry about Sorell here. She's um... Well she's Sorell. I'm Evelyn.

"Nice to meet you, Evelyn." I said, looking into her eyes. I took in her full appearance. She had long black hair and pale skin. She was a little curvy, and she had amazing legs. Her eyes stood out though. They were silver. Actual silver colored eyes.

"You have gorgeous eyes." I spoke before I could stop myself.

"Thanks..." She said with a shy smile. I wrapped my hand around hers as she finally handed me her album.
