Chapter 8

Nate's POV

     Ellie and I FINALLY together and I couldn't be any happier. Even though we ended up together right after her ex best friend kissed me, it was still a great moment for us. We've only known each other for 3 weeks, and I already love her so much. It's day 2 of our relationship and nothing bad has happened...yet. You see the thing is, my past always finds a way back into my life. And by past I mean my psycho ex girlfriend. She ended up in jail for murdering one of my exes. It was rough for me, because I was almost in love with that girl, and then she ended up getting killed. That's one of the reasons y me and my family moved to this new town. 

        I just really hope my ex doesn't find me, when she gets out in 5 years apparently. By that time, I'll be in another state or even country going to college so I can follow my parent's footsteps. I wanna give Ellie anything she wants, make her have my babies and grow old together. OK I'm fast, but she's the reason y. Anyways, I'm omw to school now, with Ellie in the passenger's seat singing along to stand by you by Rachael Platen. My baby got an amazing voice too.😍😍😗😙

         We arrived at school, and all eyes were on us. Ellie put her face in my chest maybe cuz we were getting top much attention and she's not used it. 😎😎😎 we went to her locker for her books, then we went to mine and I carried both of our books. The bell for first period was about to ring so we headed to class. Thank God I got all classes with my baby🙌🙌 imma trouble her so much🙇😏 the bell rang and in came the rest of class. Everyone was  just on their business, but one person had to male their presence known. Ellie's ex best friend came and started touching up on me and whispering shidd in my ear. She pretended as if Ellie was not sitting by me. "Ehem" Ellie cleared her throat and Abii, Ellie's "friend" still didn't give a damn. I pushed the bitch off of me and she still tried to come back, but Ellie came in the way."call me Natey, I could make u feel good whenever u like" , Abii said. Ellie had this look that I've never seen b4 and it was kinda scaring me. Abii was about to go to her seat, but not without saying "welcome back PK" with a smirk.

      I was confused AF, and when I turned back facing Ellie, that look got even scarier so I started rubbing up and down her arms spo she could calm down. Imma have to ask her who PK is, cuz I am clueless. The rest of the day flew by quickly, and Ellie kept ignoring me during lunch tho. School's FINALLY over and I'm waiting on Ellie by my car. When she came, all she did was brush me and entered da car with her arms crossed. I just got in the car and spedded home. I do not want to piss her off anymore than she already is. 15 minutes later we arrived at my house, and we both walked in. She just ran into the bathroom and cried. I went towards the door to c if it was locked. Luckily, it wasn't. I went inside and saw her crying on the floor. 

     I went n wrapped my arms around her on the floor. She cried into my chest a lil while longed until she wiggled out of my embrace and stood up. I helped hefd wash her face and we went up to my room. We sat in silenced until I broke it.

Me- Ellie, who's PK?

  She flinched when I asked that and then I realized that she's PK.  I wanna know what it means at what she does. 

E- Nate, I can't tell u about that

Me- and y is that?

E- I just can't cuz u'll think differently of me plus it's for ur own safety

Me- my safety? Ellie please tell me

E- I can't right now. I'll tell u wen the time is right

She just ran out of the house and over to her's where her mom was in the balcony with her brother. IG her mom came earlier than expected. I just stayed the whole afternoon thinking about what's so hard for Ellie to not tell me about PK and the rest of the story. I went to bed with my confusing girlfriend  my mind.

Ellie's POV

   When Abii mentioned PK at school today, I got so pissed. I trusted her with my secret and now she's mentioning it. She and my parents are the only ones who know about my secret. Obviously my dad knee cuz he was the one who trained me into becoming PK. U c the thing is, my dad was a king druglord and I was his little princess. His street name was King Killer and I was Princess Killer. We were unstoppable until... I'm not gonna say my story yet. I just can't. 

    I went to bed thinking about how I'm gonna tell Nate my secret, but that didn't last long cuz I heard noises coming from downstairs. I grabbed my 9 mm, and creeped downstairs. I heard glass breaking and my mother screaming. There were 3 masked men surrounding my mother who was tied to a chair. They were asking her questions and still didn't know I was there.

???- where's PK?

Mom-...

???- where is she bitch??

Me- right here niggas. I heard u're looking for me, well her I am in the flesh. Now what do y'all want?!

They removed their masks and I couldn't believe my eyes. There stood in front of me was Abii's dad, and her 2 uncles. Idk what I did to them to come and do this but I'm about to find out. 

Me- family reunion I see, now y is it at  my house? 

AD- u killed my nephew, so we're gonna kill u. 

Me- who's ur- oh my. Jack the guy who tried to kidnap me was ur nephew?

AD- yes. Now u're gonna pay for what u did

One of Abii's uncles pulled out a gun and shot it at me, but I had time duck before it hit me. He tried again but I did a back flip over the bullet. The 2 other guys weres shouting at him. I took that as my chance to shoot him in his arm which made him drop the gun. The other 2 tried to pull their guns out but I shot each of them in their leg. Abii's dad had a smirk on his face and I wanted to know y.
