Hanna Marin's POV
Caleb moved to California a few weeks ago, and I live in New York. Emily lives right by him and they spend most of their time together, when their not working. But when I skyped Emily about a week and a half ago, she said he was seeing her less and less. I was feeling a little suspicious, because Emily also said that Caleb said that he was seeing a girl named Selena. So I decided to spend a week at Emily's so I could surprise Caleb.
At Emily's
I arrived at the airport as I rushed into Emily's arms. "It's so good to see you, Hanna Banana."
"You too Em."
"So want to go back to my place and have some Chinese and vodka?" Emily asked. I nodded vigorously, that's just what I needed.
"Hell Yes! Emily you are the best bestie." I said.
"I know Han."
Once we arrived Emily grabbed her cell phone and dialed the Chinese place's phone number. I mouthed the words 'thanks Em'.
Once the Chinese food was ordered I decided to watch Mean Girls. "Emily come join me!"
"Shh! There's elderly people who live next to me, and they always complain when it loud." Emily rolled her eyes.
"Sorry!" I yelled just to make her annoyed.
The Chinese food arrived a little bit after 7:00 P.M. Emily had the idea that getting three egg rolls was a good idea. Emily and I decided to fall asleep on the couch.
The Next Day..
I set up a date with Caleb today, so I needed to go shopping. The Apple Store that Caleb worked at was in the mall, so I decided to visit him. Once I arrived at the Apple Store, I saw Caleb laughing at a brunette's joke. The brunette touched Caleb's shoulder. Oh No! She did not just touch him. Okay, Hanna don't lose your cool.
"Caleb!" I said. He smiled and then walked over to me.
"What are you doing here?" He asked.
"Well I wanted to surprise you. But I guess that girl over there can give you a surprise!"
"Hanna, she's just a friend. You know I love you." Caleb said touching my shoulder. Just like the brunette over there. "That's Selena, my cousin."
"Oh, yeah. That's who Emily's been talking about."
