Time was short, barely any left. I wasn't even certain what day it was. My surroundings were dark. Nothing I wasn't used to.
Hearing the sounds of yelling, I don't turn back. Either yelling about me or to me, i keep running. If i slow down one bit, it could all be over.
Trails or short cuts don't come to mind. My mind is set to the future. Possibly finishing school, connect back to friends. Would they still remember me or my absense? How long was it? How long ago was i abducted?
The area seems familiar. Suddenly, a memory pops up. This place was called 'Lowbroke'. I think i used to live here. Nothing has changed at all. The street, just the one street, still stretchs a great deal of distance. My favourite ice cream store still lays directly in front of the shoe store for old ladies. I don't imagine anything could be open. The appearance of this late night sky tells time is late. Brighting up the whole street of Lowbroke, a large USV comes speeding around the corner I had earlier crossed to be here. The vechile comes to a hult right in front of my eyes. The headlights. I haven't seen such brightness in what feels like a very long time. Paralized, the door of the USV opens. A hand grabs out and pulls me in. The horror closes my eyes shut. In till they open again.
My eyes open. I lay on the concreate floor. There is no chance out.
