'Aww!' I exclaimed when I heard my alarm. Today I have an extra shift which is very early like 5:45 in the morning early.

'I have to' I keep reminding myself. At first everything wasn't so hard, I help from some of my mom "friends". But after they heard that my god father had lung cancer I had no support. He got lung cancer because of his smoking. I don't really blame him because he was very stressed.

Then I heard a cough. Oh Dada. "Dada get up and have some medicine," I told Dada, my god father, since his was coughing non stop.

"Princessa, there is none left," Papa informed me.

Oh my! I forgot I didn't have enough money to buy medicine.

'Ring! Ring!'

When I looked outside I saw Mr. Ross, my landlord. "Oh, hi Mr. Ross. Do you want to come in and have a seat?"

He just shook his head and told me this would be curt.

"Ms. Dallas, this is the second month your rent is late. I am afraid this is a warning," 'Afraid my ass' I thought. That man never liked me," If it happens again you are going to have to leave."

I gasped in shocked. I knew he never liked me but like seriously I thought he had a heart.

"Mr. Ross I mean come on you know my situation could be a little more considerate. I know you are a good man," The last part was a total lie but I have to be a little kind to him if i don't wanna be homeless.

"Consideration!" he shouted," That's the problem here I gave you too much considerstion. Do you have any idea how many people want an apartment and are willing to pay the rent on time."

I wanted to say no one who has a choice would want to live in this shitty apartment. But again I prefer this shitty apartment than the streets.

Mr. Ross has no heart. Who wakes up a tenant at 5 in the morning? I looked at my watch and saw that I am going to be late

"Oh shit!"

"I am not doing that," I said calmly knowing I am pissing off Cameron, my best friend.

"Yes you are. Remember you f**king owe me," he shouted giving me a look that says 'Do it or else...' Okay here is the deal. Cameron claims he has a massive headache but I know that is no true and is too lazy to move.

"Cameron you can ask my Betty (my house keeper) to make you a cup."

"No I want my coffee from New York's best coffee shop. They sell the best coffee. Now go!"

"But people will notice me," I tried again. He is getting really annoying but I did owe him.

I looked at Cameron, he looks like he is thinking about something.

"Disguise yourself."

Wow I know he can be stupid but he out did himself. I was about to shout out they will still notice me but before I could speak he said something.

"Come on man, I would do it for you."

I know it's a lie but I still agreed. I wanted fresh air anyway.

《《《《《《《《《》》》》》》》》》》》At the coffee shop

Since I am at the coffee shop I deceided to get myself something. No one recognized me, Thank God! Cameron let me wear a floral shirt, a scarf and sunglasses. I looked weird and silly but I didn't want anyone to notice me. When you're father is a multi-billionaire and you're the heir for one of his companies you'll get noticed trust me. A small voice brought me back to reality.

"Um... Excuse me sir. How may I help you," she said eyeing me weirdly. I would too I mean I am wearing a scarf in the mids of the hot summer.

I went to table eight seeing that no one approached that table. The coffee diner is like a mini-restaurant so that is why it has waiters and waitress. When I reached the table I eyed the man weirdly. He was wearing a scarf in the hot summer and sun glasses inside. Okay... this is awkward.

"Um... Excuse me sir. How may I help you?" He looked up.

Clearing my throat I tried again. I need to learn how to act professional in situations like this.

"My name is Destiny. How may I help you today sir?"

"Oh, um... May I have two scoops of coffee ice-cream and when I am leaving I would like four cups of straight black coffee with only two packets of sugar," the man said barely smiling. I guess he felt awkward too.

"Sir your order will be up soon," I say and I walked away.

Oh how I love my job! (sarcasm noted)
