Christmas had been great, we all went to my friend Brooke's house. But we were all really excited for what came next. The cruise. Of course, maybe it would have been better to book an embark later in the day because 2 6 year old kids with 4 26 year old adults at 3:30 am doesn't equal a happy first day. But it was the only thing we found, so we stuck to it. I flipped my sunglasses over my tired eyes as my husband carries the last of the bags into the car that was driving us there.
I sat next to Carly and y/c/n in the back seat and Carly fell asleep on my husbands lap.
"Too...Early." Jamie groaned and slumped against the window.
Everyone giggles and we all fall asleep, because, who wouldn't?
The driver woke us up when we were in Miami, and everyone ecstatically jumped out and got ready to board the ship.
Y/c/n slips his hand in mine and my daughters.
This... Sucks. I promise you, it gets a lot better!!
Sorry I haven't been posting, I've been really busy with mid terms and all, and I'm going away on Saturday So I can't post for a week or so!!! But, hopefully you'll stick around and wait because the good parts are coming up, I'll write them on the plane!!
