"You look like death!" Jane teases.
But, I pay her no mind, my thoughts
linger on a completely different species
from Jane, the girl with pink hair, I blink
twice when I see a head of long pink hair,
and I run faster then I've ever dared, It indeed
is her, Jane runs to my side, trying to catch her breath,
I feel deep agitation. But, luck is on my side, she notices me
and grins. "Hey" Her voice is of an angel.
"Hey, swim team right?" I try to sound casual,
she blushes, nodding. Causing Jane to cough loudly.
"I'm Jane." , And she smirks confidently,
"Our names rhyme ya know, Jane.. Lane." She points out childishly.
"My names' Evangeline , and our names don't rhyme." Evangeline giggled.
This pissed Jane off for some reason so she huffed,
"Good day, Evangeline."
She sneered, glancing at me expectantly,
but I held my ground and lit a cigarette.
Evangeline smiled.
I guess Jane could write on my grave ' the death of a bachelor'.
