Chapter Seven

Sera's POV
I wake up and find Emily staring at her engagement ring just staring not saying anything and I wanted to know what the hell she was thanking.

"What's the matter love" I asked her

"Its noting just thanking about my life with Jesse when we get married I mean I'm marrying my best friend you know"

"Yeah I wish I had that do you thank their is someone out their for me Em that will love me no matter what"

"Yeah I believe his out their somewhere you just have to wait and don't give up on him. Come on let's get our bags packed it almost 5:20 we got to have our stuff down in the car by 6" she said grabbing her bags and getting her clothes out

I went to my closet to get enough clothes to last a whole summer if I win the ticket drow I got my outfit out that I'm wearing to Miami. I got a pair of short shorts a tank top and my new vans when I came out Em was doing her make up and stopped and looked at me.

"I have taught you well my friend" she said with a pleasing smile

"If you say so chick" I said back

I started to fix my hair I lest it down and put my new gray beanie on and then I did my make up. Em finished with her stuff and we grabbed our bags and went to the living room my brother and Jessica was up Jessica was laying on Sammy's lap.

"You girls ready for your road trip" Jessica asked sitting up

"Yeah waiting on Jesse to get hear" I told her sitting beside Sammy

We sat in silence for a little bet and Em's phone chimed letting her know she had a text she read her text and she started smiling I knew he sent a sweet text.

"So if you win this thing you are going to stay with the band for the summer what's going to happen" my brother asked

"Nothing's going to happen I'm just going with this to get to know him and see how he leaves and get away from James and mom and dad for a while I'll call you or text you everyday to let you know how things go ok so don't worrie so much about me I'm a big girl I'll let you know when I need you ok bubba"

He didn't have time to say anything because Jesse had came to the door to get us I gave Sammy a hug and Jessica to I grabbed my bags and walked to Jesse's car it was going to be a long ride Em sat up front with Jesse.

I got my phone out and put my ear buds in the Mortician's Daughter was on so i put it on full blast and put my head on the window and closed my eyes.

I was ready to get away from everything for a little while I love my family but I can only take so much I just hope I win the contests my phone vibrated letting me know I got a text I unlocked it and read it.

James- I'm not giving up on us just yet so be ready for what's to come sweet face:)

I couldn't believe the text I wasn't going to say anything to Emily or Jesse yet because they would not let me go they would make me stay so I deleted the massage I'm not going to let hem do this to me I am strong I closed my eyes and feel asleep as we was leaving the state line.
