SHEA~ ( age: 17 gender: female characteristics: brown long hair, blue eyes, teal braces, British . )
I open the door to my small two-seated Ford Chevy and slide across the drivers seat placing my bum on the leather seat, looking out the window I see my parents waving at me. I wave back and smile slightly, with a hint of home sick my smile is not full.
"Goodbye mum. Goodbye Pa." I yell from the window of my Ford.
"Here I come Peisley" I note to myself.
The song 'radioactive' by Imagine Dragons booms over my stereo. I turn the volume nob to full blast, and drum my hands against the steering wheel keeping rhythm. I glance out my window and take in the beautiful land scape, rolling down the window i feel the humid air hit my face.
I come up to a sign saying Peisley Population: 539 a burst of happiness washes through me. A new place for a new beginning. I look around at the small houses wondering what their history is. I see neighbors on there porches, and in there yards smiling. They seem friendly.
Pulling up into the driveway of my new home I examine the baige color and the amazing yard with one apple tree on the front lawn. Anxiously I fly out of my Ford and skip up the stairs to my home.
I pull out my key and unlock my door. The smell of fresh pain fills the air, almost as good as a new car smell. Even knowing that I know this house front to back I glide in the empty rooms and begin to imagine them being filled with amazing furniture that I can call mine.
Feeling like a kid in a candy shop, I twirl around the empty living room. I hear the clicks of my heels echo in the empty house.
"Wooooh!" I shout. I wait to hear the echoes reply back to me. Instead I hear a knock. I jump slightly due to the random outburst. The movers are here already? I think to myself.
I make way down the hall to my front door. Without looking through the peep hole I open the door to let the moving company in. The sooner my furniture comes the better. Instead of the company waiting outside I see a boy around my age smiling. I'm a little taken a-back about someone coming to my new home already.
"Hello!" The boy says chirpingly.
"Uh.. Hey?" I ask more like a question, why would someone be here already? too friendly.
"I see your new. Welcome. I'm Harvey." He extends his hand for me to shake. I take his hand and shake it. His hazel orbs dive into my brown eyes.
"OH! S-sorry. Want to come in?" I scratch my head and frown at my stupidity. I look back to my house and see that I have nothing here, if he says yes this was going to be awkward.
" I see you have no furniture, so what's the point? How about you come over sometime and we can talk then." He points down the street at a small white cabin.
"I live about 4 houses down." he waves his hand goodbye and walks away.
"Nice meeting you Harvey!" I yell at him waving goodbye back.
Deciding to stay outside and wait for my furniture I sit on my porch and close my eyes feeling the wind twirl through my auburn hair. Not even five minutes later I hear an alarming thud and more unclassified noises.
"What now!" I look over to the noise and cover my mouth with my hand, unable to say anything. Right in front of the my street is half of a moving truck. Seeming to be sliced by something. But what? I couldn't see anything.
Folks start gathering around the accident as a shocked as I was. Luckily the drivers were fine. Harvey and another young boy helped them get out. The only things left in one piece was a mattress and couch along with my T.V great.
I get my phone out of my pocket and dial the next moving truck. I hear the clicks on my phone and look to the the meaning of it.
NO SERVICE.
What? It wasn't like I was in the country. I had a great plan. What's going on.
" Hey look!" Someone yells from behind. I look over and see everyone, putting there hand on a clear like glass. Was this the thing that smashed the truck? Who would have done this!
