What you need :
1.) 1 cup sugar
2.) 3 tablespoons. Grated coconut
3,) 3 tablespoons. Confectioners sugar
4.) 3 tablespoons. Pearl tapioca (sago)
5.) 2 cups milk
6.) 3 eggs
7.) 1 teaspoon.vannila or 1/2 teaspoon.coconut extract
And

8.) love 😍 (just joking lol 😁)

What to do :

1.)soak pearl tapioca in water overnight.
2.)in a double boiler, bring milk nearly to boiling point ( steam will be rising).
3.)add a pinch of salt and the soaked tapioca ; cook for 30 minutes.
4.)beat yolks of egg with 1 cup sugar and add coconut.
5.)beat 10 minutes longer.
6.) pour into a pudding dish.
7.)beat the whites of eggs into a stiff froth with the powdered sugar.
8.) pour over the top.
9.) sprinkle with coconut.
10.) bake in a 400oF until top is brown (about 10-15 minutes).
