Ayana's P.O.V.

Ayana looked around her new house. It was big enough, bigger even then her home. She still found it hard to greasp the fact that now this was her home. The place she had lived in before was now just a memory. The same as her family and friends. The rouges had taken everything away, Even her mate. He had died to save her, but she would have rather died at his side then have to live alone. She walked farther in the house and stared. It was not big; it was huge. The entry hall led into a huge high roofed room with a staircase on each side. It was old, antiuqe by the look of it, with amazing wood work everywhere.

"Welcome." Came a deep voice from the next room. When she turned to the sound, she saw a tall guy of about 16 walk into the room. He had ice blue eyes and light brown hair. His smile lit up his face; it was nice.

"So you're Alfa Camron I presume?" She said looking him in the eyes. She was not going to let him think she was some hurt little wolf that had lost her pack. She was going to start out right.

"Yes, and you are Ayana." He said. He said it as a statement, not a question. He was in charge and new it; that was good in an alfa.

"So... where will I be staying?" She asked him looking around and trying to imagine where he would choose to put her.

"Well, I was thinking here in the pack house, unless you would prefer your own house elsewhere on the grounds?" The alfa asked. "And please call me Daniel. I am your alfa but as a member of my pack, you have the right to call me by my first name." He said, flashing her another of his bright smiles. "and don't be so formal. If we're gonna be a pack we shouldn't act like strangers."

"You're right, call me Aya. And yes, living in the pack house would be nice." She replied. It was good for an alfa to get to know his pack members and for Daniel, this was definently a step in the right direction.

"Cool. Let's head up to your room then." He said leading her up the right stairway. At the top of the stairs was a large hallway with various doors leading off into seperate room.

To the left, between the two sets of stairs was a door biger and more beautiful then the rest. It was a deep cherry wood, with ornate an carving covering it's surface. The scene was a forest of trees, where hidden in the woods you could see running deer and lots of other woodland animals. In the center of the forest, in a clearing stood two magnificant wolves, side by side pelts brushing.

Daniel noticed when she paused to stare "That's the alfa's room. Well his and his mate's." He said, explaning why it was the largest and most grand.

"Oh you have a mate?" Aya asked, genuinly surprised. She had not known when coming here that there was an alfa female.

"Oh no. Well yes. In a way." He said, second guessing himself. "It's complicated and aranged and I really have no clue how it will work, but yes, in all truth I do have a mate." He said, saying it more to himself then to her.

"Is she here?" Aya asked him. She wanted to get to know the members of her new pack as soon as possible.

"No but she should-" He started but was iterupted by crash and the sound of the door being slamed open.

"Hello?! " Someone called from below.

"That would be her." Dan said with a groan. He turned to Aya and handed her a key and a map. "Here. You're in room 12 down the hall sixth door to the right. I'll check in on you later." He said rushing down the steps.

When he was gone she whispered to herself "None of them know me, time to start over."
