A Reason to Stay

One week later.

Chloe's POV

I wake up to the sudden urge that I have to puke. I fly out of Louis' arms and into the bathroom. I throw the toilet seat up get on my knees and throw up my dinner from last night. There's a knock on the door.

"Chloe? Babe are you okay?" Louis asks slowly opening the door as I blow more chunks into the toilet. He comes and kneels down by me and rubs my back. "It's okay babe."

I finally stop thowing up and Louis helps me stand up.

"Are you okay Chlo bear? This has been happening for a week now." Louis asks.

"Yeah I think it's just a stomach bug.." I say.

"Must be. I'll get you a cup of gingerale and some chicken noodle soup and some pepto. Go lay back down in bed and I'll be back in a minute. SUPERMAN!" Louis yells while running out of the room and down to the kitchen. Oh that boy. I love him so much. I go.brush my teeth and go lay back down. About 10 minutes later he comes back in the room with a tray which is holding a bowl of soup, a glass of gingerale and a small medicine cup filled with pepto and behind it all is a red rose. How sweet. "For my Chlo bear."

"Thank you Lou bear. Your the best." I say.

"I'm only the best for you." Louis says and sits next to me and puts his arm around me and kisses my cheek. I drink the pepto and then take a big sip of the gingerale. Then start to eat my soup.

"I'm gonna go see what Harry's doing today. I'll be right back babe." Louis says.

"Okay hurry back though. I'll miss you too much." I say and he gets up and goes out of the room.

Louis' POV

I'm not really going to see what Harry's doing today I'm going to call Perri I'm really worried about Chloe and she wont go to the doctors. I hit my contacts and click on Perri and it rings.

"Hey Lou what's up?" Perri answers.

"Hey I need to ask you a favor." I ask her.

"Okay what do you need?" She asks.

"Chloe's been sick for the past week and won't go to the doctors. Can you come over and convince her she needs to go to the doctor."

"Of course Louis I'll be right over."

"Thanks Perri." I say and we hang up.

Fifteen minutes later there's a knock on the door. I open it and it's Perri and Zayn and Perri is holding a small brown paper bag.

"What's in the bag?" I ask.

"Something that will help Chloe a lot." Perri says.

"Hey lets go grab some lunch with the boys at Nandos." Zayn says.

"Okay sure let me just go tell Chloe." I say and go up to our room with Perri following me. "Hey Chlo bear I'm gonna go to lunch with Zayn and.the guys. I'll be back later but Perri is going to hangout with you until we get back." I say.

"Okay boo bear. Have a good time with the guys." She says with a sweet smile.

"I will my love. I love you." I say and kiss her.

"I love you too." She says and we kiss one last time and I walk out and go to Nandos with Zayn.

Chloe's POV

Louis just left and now it's just me and Perri.

"What's in the paper bag?" I ask worried.

"This," she says and pulls out a box of pregnancy tests.

"No I can't be pregnant Perri. The boys leave for tour soon and just no I can't be. Louis will leave me and then I'll be alone with a baby and-"

"Chloe shut the hell up! You won't know until you take the damn test." She throws the box at me. "Now get your ass up and go take the test then we'll take it from there. Okay?"

I sigh giving in. "Fine." I say and get up off my nice comfy bed and go into the bathroom and slam the door shut. I open the box and take one test out and pee on it and go out and sit on the edge of the bed. A minute later and the stupid thing says pregnant. It was one of those expensive tests. I throw the damn thing at the wall and it falls to the floor. I put my head in my hands and start crying. Perri goes over to the test and picks it up.

"Oh Chloe. Everythings going to be okay. I promise. When Louis gets back talk to him. I'll be right by your side if you don't want to do it alone." Perri says.

"Thanks Perri. You're a great friend." I say and she smiles.

"I know."

"I'm really scared Perri. This will ruin Louis' career management will have a royal fit and force us to break up and make me disappear. And I'll have to do this all on my own."

"Chloe relax. Breathe." We hear the front door close.

"Superman!" We hear Louis yell and hear footsteps coming uo the stairs. Louis bursts into the room. "Have no fear Superman is here! Louis says with his fleece superman blanke tied around his neck and his hands on his hips. He looks at my tear stained face and his face fills with worry. "Chloe what's wrong?"

I burst into tears again.

"Chloe you need to tell him." Perri says.

"Louis, I- I'm um uh I'm p-pregnant." I say and cry even harder.

"Really?! That makes me so happy Chloe I can't wait to meet or son or daughter. I want this for us. Chlo bear look at me." He says lifting my face do I'm looking at him. "I am beyond happy about this. If you think I'm leaving you I'm not I'd never do that to you Chloe. You are the love of my life." He says and kisses me. I kiss him back and smile into the kiss.

I pull back. "You know my brother is going to kill you right?" I ask him laughing.

"I never thought about that. Oh well your brother loves me." Louis says.

I laugh at him. Then he gets down on one knee and takes out a red velvet box and opens it. And there's a gorgeous black and white diamond ring.

Chloe Anne Ruess will you marry me?" Louis asks.
