A love life

The feelings rise!

William's POV
after I woke up, Grace was still sleeping, for the next 2 minutes I laid there staring at her. Somehow I felt a connection. I couldn't lay me eyes off of her. Could this be love? Well whatever it is, I'm not letting it wake her up. I quietly went to the bathroom and freshened up. Then when I was about to leave, she woke up.
Grace's POV
As I woke up, I saw William leaving. I called him and he turned towards me. I got up and walked towards him. When I reached him, I asked where he was going. He said to his house, so I offered to walk him to the door. He agreed.
William's POV
As she walked me through the door, she became clumsy and started coughing a lot. I asked if she was okay. First she said she is fine but when I put my palms in her forehead, it was very hot. I couldn't just leave her all alone in her house sick, and besides her family won't be back till an hour, so I stay until her family came back.
Grace's POV
I didn't know that my sickness will become that bad. Anyways, William check my temperature and it was 101 fever. He looked worried and told me to stay in bed while he went to get a wet cloth. I felt so lucky to have such a great guy friend like him!
William's POV
When I came back Grace was day dreaming but I didn't stop her. I put a wet cloth on her forehead then she stopped and stared at me. Our eyes met and we kept on staring which seemed like forever. Yup I like her I thought.
Grace's POV
Yup I like him I thought. But I don't think I should tell him. What if he doesn't like me. What if he never saw me that way. I knew I will never be his, so I broke the eye contact and stared down at my hands.
William's POV
When Grace looked down, I knew that she didn't like me, and she never will. I mean look at her and look at me. After 20 minutes, I told Grace that, "I should get going, it's getting pretty late."
Grace's POV
I felt kind of sad when William left. Today was one of the best days I've had and I will always remember.
