"Hi. This is Amelia Radcliffe speaking. I would like to speak to Mrs. McKenzie Cadwell."

"Yes Mrs. Cadwell speaking. What for?"

"Mrs. Cadwell, we would like to inform you that your husband Ethan was got into a car accident and was straightly headed at the hospital. He's unconscious and we found his contact so I assumed you're his wife." My world crushed. I don't know what to do. Why him?

"When? How? Why?? Uh.. What location? I'll be there the fastest I can." My voice shaking.

"North Bristol Hospital. Please be reminded that.." I didn't let her finish the sentence as I hung up.

My two months daughter crying in her crib. I don't know what to do. I tried my best not to panick for the sake of my fragile child. I called my sister right away to look after my baby, she immediately came and tried not to cry from the sadden news she heard.

I need to be prepared. Unconscious. He's unconscious. He got into car accident. It really was dangerous. He could die any moment now. My car screeched from the impact when I almost got hit by the truck. I need to focus I thought as I continued driving. I got into hospital few minutes after.

Running to receptionist, the one who called me I think Amelia was her name. She looked up to me before I speak.

"Ethan Cadwell, the one who got into car accident, I'm his wife please tell me where he is." My heart was pounding so fast that it rip off my chest.

"Oh. Ma'am. I apologized but he was rushed into emergency room. Please take a sit at the waiting room Mrs. Cadwelll." She politely gave me a smile.

I didn't listen. I ran to emergency room when a few nurse stopped me before I entered.

"Ma'am you can't be in. Please wait here at hallway."

"I don't care. I need to be there. My husband needs me." I did my best to fight over. However, the Doctor appeared from inside. Poignant, disheartened, pitiful reading all over his face.

"I'm sorry Ma'am. We did our best." With that, he left.
