Once again the room fell silent. Frisk seemed to be deep in thought.
"O-o-o-oh! Sorry! W-was that rude of me?" Alphys stammered.
"No, no. It's fine. It's just that I don't really know either. You can just call me by they or them pronouns." Frisk spoke, still calm and collected.
"Okay, Frisk. Oh, and. Um. How did you get here? I mean.. You a-are human.. So. Er. Are you lost? Did you fall down?" Alphys asked, slowly getting less shaky.
"Yes." Frisk replied.
"W-well, don't worry, I can help you get back to the human world! Here.. Do you h-have a phone?"
Frisk nodded, and pulled a large phone out of their pocket. They acted as though the phone was heavy, and it almost looked as if it was weighing Frisk's arm down.
"Wow, where'd you get that phone? It's ancient! It doesn't even have texting! G-give me a moment, I'll upgrade it!" Alphys rushed to her desk and began working on the phone.
A few minutes later...
"T-there, all done!" Alphys stammered, and wiped sweat from her forehead. A look of pride stuck to her face.
Frisk looked at the phone and began pressing buttons.
"N-n-no! Wait! Don't press-"
Click!
"The red button.." Alphys finished. Jetpack wings stuck out of the phone. "Ehehehehe... I decided t-to add a Jetpack feature..."
Frisk giggled a bit, and pressed the button again. The wings folded back neatly into the sides of the phone.
"A-And, I signed you up on UnderNet, the hottest social media site in the Underground! W-we're friends now!" Alphys stuttered, and blushed. A single bead of sweat fell from her face. "Are you perhaps... Headed back towards the surface?"
Frisk nodded.
"W-well, I know how you can get back! You have to go through the core, straight to the castle. There, Asgore guards the barrier, but with your soul, you can get through. I'm sure Asgore will let you pass!"
Frisk's face lit up a bit, and they looked at Alphys with hope.
