Hey angel - chapter 1

Today is just another one of those days. My anxiety is out of control. I get back home to see my brother there and he starts yelling at me because he lost something and is blaming me for it and saying that I stole it. I can't stand him, he always has to yell at me I just wish I could make him go back to the way he used to be. But for now I'll just have to walk around London and try to calm myself down.

I start walking past the park and sing softly under my breath to 'hey angel' and continue down the path I'm walking on. I get to the end of the path and start to go through a little secret passage way. I always go here whenever my brother is home. No one ever comes back her, I don't understand why it's probably the most beautiful place in England. I continue down the little path when I hear some twigs crack behind me. I turn around really fast as my breath quickens and my anxiety builds. I look around and see no one but I can't shake the feeling that someone is either watching me or following me. Right as I get to the spot I usually set me stuff down I hear another crack and I turn around again with tears in my eyes. Please, this day couldn't get any worse, I hope if there is someone there they just leave me be and don't try to hurt me or anything.

I start towards the little river that runs through the trail and take off my shoes, grab my journal, put my feet in the grass that outlines the river and start writing.
