Hesitantly, I shake his hand. His hands feel strangely cold. Still, he keeps on smiling. Our hands keep shaking until I finally let go. "Uh.. Where are you from?" I ask.
The man looks up at the sky and points upwards towards it. Then he looks at me in the eyes. I laugh and find him silly or childish. "You like astronomy too? Do you study it as well?" I ask cheerfully.
He nods without hesitation. "Yes, I came here to study. My name is Taehyung." My eyes light up when he says study. Which means we both have something in common.
"Oh wait, do you want to come into my house and look at some of my theories?" I ask, though he is just a stranger. Taehyung nods. So, I lead him into my house and up to my observatory.
I hand Taehyung a notebook full of theories that I made up, though most of them don't make sense because I didn't look for evidence. He reads them thoroughly and then looks up at me. "There are other planets out there. Other planets that are just like this one, inhabitant with life forms." Taehyung states with a serious face. It doesn't look like he is joking, but no one has ever gone that far into space.
Taehyung walks over to the glass of water I have on my night stand. "What is this?" He asks me. I tilt my head in confusion.
"That's water.." I state. This man is strange and does not act like the average person. Maybe he hit his head on something.
He picks up the glass and swirls it around, focused on the liquid form. His eyes stare in wonder, with light sparkling in his eyes. "Do you have more?" He asks. Taehyung stares at me with a cute smile.
