This 'story' begins with an 11 year old boy whom everyone called Dylan. With tears racing down his face, he walks toward a freshly carved tombstone that reads "In memory of Andy Parker; son, brother, and Youth pastor" He places a bouquet of dandelions on the cold dirt in front of the tombstone just before walking into the fog.
I know. This scenario isn't a very cheery way to begin a novel. But before you read anymore of this, you should know, that this is not a happy book. So if you were searching for a more joyful book, then you'll just have to stop reading this and find a new one. But if you like depressing books, then feel free to keep reading.
