Worst: Marcel Styles Fanfiction

Ch. 3

Everyone had now dug in, and there was barely any talk. My mum would try to make little talk with us. "Marcel, told me that he is doing fine in school Robin, how great is that?"

"Mum." I groan. Gemma snickers before excusing herself to supposedly do "homework", but rather texting or calling her boyfriend. "So hun, when I hugged you, you smelt like perfume why is that?" My mum asks, her hands landing on her lap. "Oh, umm well." I stutter, fixing my lower cut collar.

She laughs, and shakes her head. "Honey, you can tell me."

"Oh, I just met some girl that was being nuce to me, and then she hugged me at the end of the day I don't know." I confess, fiddling with my fingers. "Oh, that's nice of her." My mum's smile appears, reaching her eyes. I had never seen her like this in awhile. Robin cleared his throat, and excused himself from the table. "I'm going to sleep." I say, now standing up myself to go upstairs.

The next morning is tiring. So much had happened yesterday, my head hurt really bad. I took some tylenol, and said my goodbyes to my mum. It had started raining again, but lightly. I always had to walk to and from school everyday since I never had the chance to get car. Still saving up. "Hey Marcel!" Someone waves from the distance. A smile props from my lips at the sigh of Ruby. Such a beautiful girl. Her smile appears as well. "Hi Ruby." My mouth becomes dry once again. She was in her dad's car. He was a bulky man, certainly if someone broke his daughter's heart they would be sorry.

She exits out of the car door, and another smile creeps out. "Dad this is Marcel, the new kid I was talking about." Ruby introduces me to her father. He just gives a small wave. Wait she talked about me to her father? "You can go dad, I'll walk with Marcel here." As soon as those words come out of her lips, my heart flutters madly. Her father nods, and drives away. "So, what's up."

"Nothing really just walking." I say. Her giggle becomes visible, which makes me automatically smile making my dimples become prominent. Her index fingers meet one of them, and she giggles uncontrollably. My cheeks began to redden, and my eyes become dazed.

"Come on let's go or we'll be late." She jokes. The whole way, we would talk, laugh, and joke. This was the most fun I had, had in awhile now.

"Okay well we're here, see you in biology." Ruby says, hugging me again. "Bye Marcel." "Bye Ruby." I quietly whisper. "Hey!" Someone roars, behind me. My face becomes pale. They turn me around to face them. Chad. "Talk to my girl again, and I will for sure kill you." He warns harshly. "Got it." He booms. I nod slowly. "Good." He walks away, slowly eyeing me. "Good." I mimic.

My hand slowly runs down my hair as I sigh deeply. "So much for the time of my life." Calculus and Science went by quickly. Now Biology. Great. This time I was the first one here, followed by several other students till everyone was here, even Ruby. "Hi Marcel." She smiles.

Instead of answering her, I just stay quiet. Biology starts, slowly as ever.

"So class today we will be study about curricular bacteria." Mr.Gope said, writing information of it on the board. I had no remembered to bring a biology book so I didn't need Ruby's anymore. "Marcel." I just ignore her, and keep my attention on the book, to keep myself from talking.

"Marcel." No reply from me.

Biology was finished which relieved me, and which meant no more classes with Ruby right? "Marcel."

I felt bad about leaving Ruby like that, it wasn't me, but I had to protect myself. Groups of students were dashing in the hallways to either get to their class or lunch.

I didn't feel like eating so I just played with my food. "Why are you ignoring me?" My eyes meet Ruby's, but then look over her shoulder to see Chad staring me down. "Next thing you talk to me, and laugh, and joke then you just plain ignore me what is up?" She adds. I don't answer, but look down. "I can't talk to you." I mumble. I was breaking Chad's rule, but he couldn't hear over the lodness of the cafeteria. "What?"

"I can't talk to you." I say, a little more loudly. "What, Why?"

"Cause..Cause I can't tell you."

"Marcel tell me."

"Cause you're boyfriend said if I do, then he's gonna kill me." I say, now getting quieter. "No, not again." Ruby groans. Again? Again? What? She just turns around, and walks back over to her table of friends again.

What did she mean by again?
