freedom

I once had freedom like you and all but now I have none. While scared and frail I'm being a song bird without it's wings. All it's able to do is walk and walk while trapped in a cage a cage of hiding. The cage is open you want to be free from everything. You run and run to the open door hoping to be free but fail you didn't make it in time and next time you are determined to make it. The next day the gate is open you run as fast as you can you made it out you are free. Your wings are back you feel no pain you fly away from that place if you even want to call it that, more like prison but as more as you think about it you run home free.
