The Shy Girl With A Skeleton

"You seem different"

Matt. Wow what a name for an angel , I thought they only name angels after stars . And Jhonson why a human last name? And can't he feel that I'm an angel, well a dark angel. But can he see my skeleton?

As I was questioning my mind I didn't notice that Matt was still looking at me. I started to blush, which is really weird because Skeletons don't blush. In fact we don't even have meat on our bones. "Or you ok?" He almost whispered , which was weird because we were the only ones out here in the hallway. I slowly nodded and tried to walk away , but I didn't know where I was going to go because Matt had my schedule​ in his hands ."So your in every class with me" He said it if as if he was mortified .

But then something happened. Nothing, nor nobody has ever said what he had said to me "You seem different , I-I mean in a good way I have never seen anyone like you". My cheeks were starting to burn, and I know he noticed my blushing because he started to laugh.

Why is he laughing? Do I have something on my face? Is he okay? Oh God I embarrassed myself. So much for keeping it hidden. Good job Raven your gonna get him killed!

"You sure your okay?" His voice back to a normal sound. "Come I'll show you to your class Mrs.Hamilton on my way there" He said putting a hand in my shoulder.
"Ugh no thank you I can show myself around but thanks, uhh Matt right?" I asked almost in a hushed tone. "Yea and I don't want a beautiful girl to be lost on her first day of school and its no problem and plus I'm assigned to show you around" He started to walk straight.

I have no choice do I? Ughh why does he have to be the one to show me around? Doesn't he see my skeleton ? Or is he just acting stupid and pretend he doesn't see it? Or he really doesn't see it? But he has the pink angel ring on the outer side of his eyes. But he's gotta be an angel.

I didn't notice that I had stopped dead in my tracks , and Matt had noticed that he was right in front of me. He was just staring at me, weird nobody has ever done that to me since my father crowned me the new heir. But his stare was more passionate and sincere. Calm actually, I snapped out of my daze and found my self lost in his light hazel eyes.

"I uhh I mean we need to go to class so lead the way " I said looking down. "Yeah let's go it's 5th period and we're already late"

Class was pretty boring, but the only intersting parts was where Matt would sneak glances at me. Something in me tells me that I should stay away from him, but a part of me says that he should be my friend. The last friends that I had the council killed them I can't afford another persons death in my hands again. Let alone there souls to tourment me. Once the council gets there hands on me and locks me up in that place I will be stuck with a whole bunch of lost souls. Forever. There's no escaping from the skeleton realm.

Never leaving the skeleton realm. Stuck with tormented would for all eternity. Miserable for eternity. Alive for eternity.... NO!!
