          "Tally wake up," my mom yelled from downstairs. I slug down the stairs in my Soffe shorts and t-shirt. My brown hair up in a messy bun still smelling like seafood."Hello my beautiful darling," my mom has never said this and has never tried to cook either because every time she burns the food. Nope perfect pancakes. Something  was up and I wanted nothing to do with it. I sit down next to my brother who's watching Oogaloo's on T.v. There annoying theme song to be stuck in my head for the rest of the day."We are the Oogaloo's, We are the Oogaloo's, searching, finding is our game, changing everything, a marvelous mystery to solve every day...(continues into the song)." My thoughts to be disrupted by a perfect stack of pancakes to be placed in front of me."Okay, I have to be at work in an hour, Tally, you and Terence are going shopping today for school clothes here is my debit card, try not to spend too much of it." She slides the card across the island to me and kisses Terence's forehead good bye. "Love you two be good," "Love you too mom."

         I run upstairs after finishing my pancakes and strip off my clothes and get in the finally hot shower. I was my hair and my body off and when I get out I put my dirty clothes in the hamper. I go and grab my hair dryer out of the box and blow dry my hair and put on skinny jeans and a crop top that says "HAPPY" in multi-colored letters across the front. I put on a full face of cheap dollar store makeup and walk out my door. My little brother is still wearing his Ninja turtle pajamas and laying on the couch. I rub his scruffy blonde hair and say "why aren't you ready to go shopping?" I get a moan for a response as he gets off the couch and slugs up the stairs. He comes down in his light up sketchers and a shirt from some cartoon and pants. My brother obviously didn't get a fashion gene like me. 

         We go to the mall and I take him to sears and JC penny's where he gets some Okay-ish clothes. Now onto my stores. We walk into A'Gaci and Maroon's and Lee and Co. ALL these fancy stores and all he did was sit and complain. I walked into one last store and I saw this cute pair of shoes and this blonde headed chick grabs them right from my hands. Like who does she think she is? "Umm I already had those you just grabbed them from my hands." "Well maybe you should have thought about who you're talking to little (censored). Amanda Barnes. My dad owns one of the biggest fashion industries in all of California." She took the shoes and stomped off. That's fine I didn't want them that bad anyway because it would have gotten me in trouble for spending so much money. I get down on my knee's to talk to Terrance. "Are you hungry?" "Yup" "Wanna go to the food court and get some food?" "Yay." We walked to the food court and got McDonald's and as we were eating Terrance said "Can we go watch the new Spiderman movie before we go home?" I thought "Why not?"I nodded my head yes in response to his question and continued eating my burger. We went and saw the movie and went home. 

       I start on dinner and set the table.Terrance was getting ready to show mom his new clothes. As time went by, it got later and later. I started to wonder where my mom was. Terrance went to bed and I laid on the couch watching I love Lucy! re-runs. About mid-night I hear the door open and my mom laughing and giggling. Then a deep voice.
